The breakfast was amazing although they had the same everyday but we didn't mind; the room was very clean of course we checked the beds for any bed bugs and there was none very comfy beds; the pool area was excellent no need to fight for sunbeds maybe cos of the time of year, we couldn't fault this hotel at all our stay was the best and we have shared it with others especially on our social media platform.

There was not anything that we didn't really like, maybe more in house restaurants with more variety of foods but that was not an issue for us. the food was amazing at the hotel.

Place was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, they went and bought us an adaptor,for example, because ours didn't work.

The constant loud music from the hotel or outdoor venue up the road. That was very much not relaxing.

the buffet was very good, and we liked the changes each day, i.e additions to breakfast so it wasn't always the same. However, the choice available for breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The Fish restaurant was disappointing. The waiter was really nice and keen to please but clearly completely untrained. He forgot drinks, had no idea which fish was for each of us, or what each fish dish was. He went back and forth to the kitchen with our two main course plates, and brought the chef out, who explained which was which but by then the dishes were cold and had been back and forth to the kitchen. For the price we expected much better service. However, we felt this was a one-off because everything else was brilliant.

The room was large. Hubby loved the bath. Check in procedure was great everything explained really well staff were all so welcoming and helpful going through all the list of what when and where. The valet staff were so attentive and informative. The young lady who checked us in remembered us in the morning for breakfast just sorry I never remembered her name as she is a huge asset to the company she is so bubbly with all customers. I love the message when you are waiting to be seated.

The room was large if a bit dated a few areas needed updated e.g. sea view patio tiles and grout a bit tired. main room again the floor needed work on the cracked tiles and grout. for a 5 star should have a slow toilet lid.

I don’t write reviews very often, but when there is a hotel that exceeds all expectations with such excellent service, then I feel compelled to leave a review. The staff was amazing, from check-in to checkout, not to mention the hotel itself was beautiful.

Everything. This is a very classy hotel for discerning guests.

The hotel offers an amazing pool area with lush plantation, various pools (hot & cold), comfy sun beds & waiter service. Everything & everywhere is very comfortable and not over crowded. The staff are ALL friendly & very considerate. A very, very clean hotel throughput and a good standard of food in the restaurants with a different themes every day in the buffet restaurant.

Whilst the lunch restaurant was very nice indeed, it would of been good to have one or two smaller, simple dishes available for someone wanting just a light bite at lunch (like a ham/cheese toastie). Most meals were quite large and we felt we were wasting food at lunchtime because they were too big. Also, the views are really wonderful from the hotel but that is because it’s at the top of a hill (ok for us, but some people would struggle to pop out for a walk). More info about the local area and sightseeing trips out would of been nice in the reception area - but a minor thing and not to detract from a really very well run and lovely hotel with all main requirements for a great holiday getting a 10 out of 10

The decor, cleanliness, food, location & views from the hotel were everything we could have asked for and more - but the staff were what really made it ! In particular Jose & Chelo !

We booked this the day before ( very last min trip) and honestly it’s the first holiday where we couldn’t fault a thing !

We had a side sea view room, pretty spacious and bathroom was really big as well. Loved the water jets in the walk in shower so relaxing, water pressure and temperature were all working so well. Beds are comfortable and you can even order different pillows. They have a convenient app where you can see everything including ordering housekeeping, restaurants menus, spa options and even open your room with the app. The hotel pools are spread out and give a feeling of cosiness and privacy, the bars are great and we enjoyed the food as well. The breakfast buffet ecen had a fresh orange juice machine which we loved since we use that at our local supermarket. Lots of space in the property and many things to do something for everyone. The SPA is huge and I even got a workout in the gym is well equipped with weights for a vacation workout. The staff are all nice and helpful.

The room had some elements that were ever so slightly dated. The breakfast buffet has less vegetarian options and many items dont list ingredients or have any lables next to them. Every evening someone came to deliver two small chocolates which while we appreciated the gesture it was kinda annoying since we dont eat sugary stuff and it was just chocolates, could have replaced it with something more local like a tiny local pastry or something

We were upgraded to a suite which was great

Cockroaches in our original room plus the upholstery on chairs needed changing and the cupboards were scuffed. The staff were very sympathetic and quickly moved us to much better accommodation
