Très bon petit déjeuner . Mais pas de pine apple pancake comme indiqué sur la carte. Dommage!

La chambre était très propre, grande, bien équipée et très calme. C’est pour cette raison que j’ai choisi cet hôtel. Le personnel à l’accueil est top!

I have been all over the world and stayed in some beautiful 5 Star hotels, But this hotel is 3 Stars but the Hotel staff Trang and Hang are so beautiful inside and out , Helpful go over and above the Normal Duties. cannot do enough for for the gusts like me. I class this as my best hotel. because all the fantastic hard work they put in.I hope they get recognition for a 6 star device they provided well done and thank you. kind regards Malcolm Bain

Zenky und die zwei Frauen waren so hilfsbereit, ohne dieses dreamteam wären wir nicht weitergekommen, einfach nur empfehlenswert!!! Dazu die tolle Lage, die großen Zimmer

Un accueil des plus chaleureux et sympathique, de supers conseils, à l’écoute, souriantes, merci Kathy et Annie, vous êtes trop adorables ! Les garçons sont très gentils aussi et serviables, vraiment tout le personnel est super ! Un hôtel très propre avec matelas confortable, frigo, théière, salle de bain impeccable, proche de tous commerces en plein centre du vieil Ha Noï … Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Premessa: abbiamo prenotato su booking l'Hotel Golden Legend Boutique, ma la nostra stanza era al Golden Legend Diamond, un hotel dello stesso gruppo che si trova a pochi metri di distanza nella stessa via. Siamo stati avvisati di questo cambiamento tramite una mail, pervenutaci poco dopo la prenotazione. Alle nostre rimostranze hanno riferito per iscritto che sul portale di booking inseriscono le disponibilità delle stanze degli hotel mescolate (quindi fotografie di varie stanze di hotel diversi). Pur trovando la cosa assai strana e anche poco corretta, abbiamo deciso di non fare ulteriori proteste considerate le buone valutazioni dell'hotel in cui avremmo soggiornato. Abbiamo trovato la stanza ed il bagno nel complesso confortevoli e di buone dimensioni; vi è anche un balconcino (in verità dall'aspetto non molto curato) con affaccio sulla via, che dava comunque una bella luce alla stanza. Anche la posizione dell'hotel si è rivelata ottima per le visite che avevamo in programma, si trova in zona centrale ma in una via sufficientemente silenziosa. La notte non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore e grazie anche al letto molto comodo abbiamo avuto un sonno ristoratore. La colazione è per la maggior parte asiatica, ma c'è anche qualche opzione alternativa ed inoltre sono presenti molti tipi di frutta; dal menù si possono inoltre ordinare piatti preparati al momento (quello che loro chiamano pancake non è un vero pancake alla maniera europea, ma è comunque buono). Un particolare merito va dato allo staff, sempre molto premuroso e gentile.

Come detto in premessa, non ho trovato corretto il loro sistema di caricare su booking stanze afferenti ad un hotel diverso, anche se alla fine ci siamo trovati bene. Appena entrati nella nostra stanza abbiamo notato che era presente un groviglio di capelli sul pavimento, probabilmente sfuggito al personale delle pulizie. Lo abbiamo segnalato subito alla reception e al nostro rientro era stato pulito.

We asked the tour salesman about a bus to Cat ba Island and he gave us one option and said that was it fairly bluntly. We then went down the road to another tour operator who gave us lots of options and was way more friendly. This did not affect our stay though.
