La chambre au rdc sur l’entrée ( je pense qu’avec une chambre à l’étage le séjour serait très bien)

Breakfast was as expected, fruit salad, pastries, bread and assorted cheeses and charcuterie. The room was clean and comfortable, staff on check in and in the morning were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.

Good location to explore the city of Avignon. We really liked the family room with one double and two single beds with partition and bathroom in-between. We were grateful for the aircon on the hot day we arrived

Aircon made intermittent loads noises which was a bit disturbing whilst trying to sleep

Air conditioning is too loud

A great location: 10 min by foot from the railway station, just behind the Pope Palace. A great place to discover Avignon.

WiFi is terrible because it switches off when not in use and it was painful to keep logging in over and over. Network coverage is poor in the area so WiFi is essentially the only mode of connection to the online world.

It was a beautiful building in a beautiful town. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Several of them spoke fluent English. The location was very good, in the city centre, walking distance to the attractions. Breakfast was excellent, room spacious.

There was no shower curtain or screen over the bath, so water made the floor slippery.

We loved the location of the hotel, Our room was very quiet, with no direct sun, which was great, the facilities in the room were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was was fine, with good selection of Tea! The staff were very helpful

Driving to the hotel was stressful, given it was in the centre of town, The car park they recommend- Les Halles would have cost 40 euro for 2 nights, but we found that Avignon had a free car park which was an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel with its own shuttle bus Also the air con unit was behind the curtain which impaired its effectiveness.

Breakfast was good so pleased to have cereal .My French not good but managed to communicate well and in a friendly manner and happy to help.The location great a 2 min walk to Papes Palace and a short walk to the Market which I enjoyed.

As I’m not an experienced traveler was not expecting to carry my luggage up to my room.The streets go off in all directions easy to get lost

The hotel was cool and comfortable, very clean and very well located. The staff was helpful in advising us on day trips, and the breakfast was great value for money. I would say the photos don't really do it justice, it is actually much more spacious and pretty than it looks in them.

There were some persistent issues with the WiFi, but the staff did all they could to assist us nonetheless.
