Good location - not crowded but still in a walking distance (40-50 mins with a stroller) to old city. Very friendly staff, always available to answer our question / needs.

Dark and an plesent room, bad smell . No blankets just a sheet. The baby bed weren't ready even to we paid extra for it. The water in the shower wasn't going down and i nided to shawer my kids that wey. When we complein'd about the smell in the room the answer was " that we are used to other smells" .

you could hear the other visitor through the walls not so tidy- we found lost socks and boxers under the sofa. dust in corners you must take the garbage out yourself, but there isn’t any separate collection we were announced that for the usage of the kitchen, unless you leave it as you found it, there will be a 30 eur tax no complimentary anything- no bottle pf water, no cafe, no shower foam, nothing for the kitchen, to clean it up. just one hand wash bottle in the bathroom

This is a nice property in a good (for us) location in a nice, quieter area near to Sirmione. The staff are lovely and helpful. The apartment was pretty good but looking a bit tired now, but we knew what we’d be getting as we’ve stayed before. The pool area is quite nice but a bit small so fills up quickly. The garage parking is very good value.

Unfortunately the “tiredness” of the apartment is now letting it down. It really needs a kitchen and bathroom upgrade. The cleanliness needs work too, the lampshades and wardrobes (on the top) were piled high with dust. I had to dust the lampshades over the dining table as they were filthy. There’s no toaster, which would have been good as the microwave/grill was useless. And the Wi-Fi is very slow. The pillows on the bed were like solid lumps of foam, so not the best nights sleep. Lastly, on our day of departure, was the only day the cleaners decided to knock on our door at 9:20am! Then left all their cleaning gear and vacuum cleaner across our door!! I think the lady was training a new guy, but still not very good.

Friendly and nice staff, very clean and newly furnished apartment, fully equipped kitchen, possibility to use bikes on the premise.

In the pictures of the room we booked, as well as on the facility page, a SPA area with sauna, gym and hot tub is mentioned as included in the stay. When we arrived, we were told that 1) the SPA was available upon reservation on a daily basis, and 2) the SPA was available only with an additional charge (1h slots). I found this misleading and unfair, as one of the main reasons we booked this facility was to have access to the sauna. We ended up never using the SPA area.

Street parking next to the hotel. Pretty well equipped kitchen (with cookware and utensils). Relatively good location to get around the lake. Relatively close to a supermarket. It has a pool (could be nice in the summer, we didn't use it).

The apartments had AC units but when we asked where the remotes were they said that the AC could only be operated after December. The sofa beds were not great and were facing a windowed door with very thin curtains that didn't do much. They also took up most of the main room which made using the table impossible. Extra/new towels cost extra. Note that the kitchen didn't have any cooking supplies (just some tiny bags of salt, pepper and vinegar, and some tea). The kitchen (and main room) were not well lit. The shower room was quite big but the shower itself was quite small.

The pictures are a lot better than the “hotel” itself. I believe the word “resorts” on the name is extremely misleading. These are just small apartments with very old furnishing - you even have to take out your own trash and they never clean them. The terrace was quite dirty, the apartment did not smell nice (we had to open the windows for quite a while everyday). We booked the spa, but no one was there to receive us, we got no towels, and the sauna was turned off?? no one in sight to fix it - they still tried to charge it to us though. And I guess you could overlook all of these if the service was good - but saying it was bad is an understatement. We didn’t feel welcome at all, both receptionists were quite unhelpful and often rude. I really don’t understand the good reviews this place has. You can stay at the Yachting Mistral Hotel (another from the chain) and have a way better experience for just a little more money.

Checkin was complicated by transportation issues but Acqua staff were very accommodating and that made it much easier to deal with taxi companies who insist on being called but don't answer the phone! Thanks so much.

Self contained apartment with a good sized bedroom and a large sofa bed. Swimming pool on site is very welcome as it was pie hot when we were there ! Staff were excellent.

No complaints with the hotel/apartment but the location was different to how we expected. Not that much restaurant/bar action local but lots available slightly further afield. We did walk to Sirimione but took a bus back.

Very disappointed by the apartment With the price we paid, we expected much more than that but everything was bad First of all, when booking the accommodation, it was mentioned that a baby cot was possible and free. Then I received a message saying they were charging 8 euros per day... Then when got there, the apartment we were given was at the ground floor and it was very dark and tiny The small terrace was on the way to the swimming pool and right in front of the building entrance so everyone could see us sitting The living room is tiny, along with the kitchen that is bigger but there is nothing to cook with They don't provide any tea towels, nor bin bags, you need to buy everything All the dishes were dirty and wet so we had to clean everything again before using them The one fry pan we got was a disaster and it was like a challenge to cook a simple meal As the living room was so small they had to put the TV in the bedroom but since our baby was sleeping in there we could not watch TV at all The sofa bed in the living room is pretty old and dirty, and collapsing when we were seated In the bathroom, the shower tap was completely broken, fortunately they fixed it when we told them but I don't even understand how it could go through the check in/out process To sum up a very disappointing stay, definitely the worst apartment we had compared to all the apartments we rented before in Italy

the swimming pool was so good, children really enjoyed it and we appreciated it because the lake was quite far. The receptionist was very kind. There was no problem to stay by the swimming pool before check in and after check out. aut condition worked perfectly, everybody was so nice to our dog. If you travel with the dog I would recommend you to ask for an apartement with the fenced garden. By the way the town is so lonely.

The location was great, very central and well placed as a base for visiting the different towns and Gardlanad. The apartment was a good size and good facilities

The pool was too small for all the guests staying at the accommodation and not enough beds for the pool.
