Beautiful property and amenities.

location was about as far as one can get from Huacachina! Although gated and fenced, it seemed to be in the middle of an industrial park. No walkability outside the property. Room wasn’t spectacular for the price. shower took forever to heat up…

Breakfast was good. The best the team of enterteinment, They are excellent.

They neeed a playground for kids age 7-11, They have only for kids. Shows @ pool should be more long, and more inside the pool.

if you plan on relaxing this is the place to be! many pools and activities to keep the kids busy (this place is very family oriented!!), they try to keep a divide between adults and kids. hotel is very clean. ac and heating is great! a lot of staff on the site which means you never have to look too hard to get some help! overall if you’re looking for a good time I would 100% recommend Las Dunas. if you want this as your base to visit Ica and surroundings: it’s a bit out of the way but the safe neighborhood really is an added bonus!

the wifi isn’t great. we told them our unit didn’t have wifi and they just told us to log into another rooms wifi. We were left without wifi at many moments. Walls are thin and no window in the bathroom so you can hear what’s happening outside (very common but a bit unexpected from a luxury resort). prices on site reflect North American prices.

Wow. This place is a little oasis tucked within the desert and so far was my parents favorite hotel as we traveled through Peru. The grounds are immaculate and incredibly inviting, the staff incredibly attentive and kind, and the food was amazing. Even though we had planed to escape to the dunes for a sunset tour, we preferred staying in our large, cozy rooms instead. We felt totally restored after staying here. My parents (who are not very travel savvy or culinarily adventurous) RAVED about the food. Trust me, you can’t beat this location. It was definitely worth the price! Even though we didn’t have kids in our group, I kept thinking about how perfect it would be for a large group of children—with lots of local entertainment and a series of immaculate pools!!

Even though breakfast was free, I felt there could be some room for improvement. There are not a lot of options and it didn’t compare at all to our dinner the night before. We did arrive late, so things were a bit cold and worked over.

Hotel was amazing, next to everything. Had everything you need and more. Had lots of activities to do on site, with our without kids .Employees were amazing, helped in every way definetly recommend.

It was perfect.

The breakfast was good. It was a buffet style.

We didn’t have time to enjoy all of the amenities. That is really our problem.

Direct access to dunes, park area very nice, large rooms

Breakfast leaves room for improvement (e.g. staff of egg station was 30 minutes late, variety of food limited). Lighting on the room was very cold and making the room uncomfortable

I put my teeth retainer in the bathroom. The room cleaner threw it away.

very complicated layout makes it difficult to find your building. The hotel sent ahead of time online checkin to save time, however it was ALL in Spanish. Although we are not Peruvian citizens, they charged us VAT which we notice after checking in. They will refund us the charge amount, but it will take 5-7 days to post back towards our Credit Card.

Staff is great specially ethel the girl from activities, all of them were very nice but the breakfast buffet didn't reach all our expectations either way we enjoy it. And it's amazing having the chance to see all those animals around
