Location was perfect. Quiet street off the main road offers a certain sanctity from the consistent din or Pune. Large rooms feels more like home than a hotel. I extended my stay a further seven days as it offered all i required in a place to stay for an extended time.. Staff are all proficient and friendly... Highly recommended..

Breakfast seriously needs work. Sunny side up eggs is not rocket science, but when you continually request them and receive the complete opposite, you begin to question the culinary intelligence of the chef or perhaps the laziness of his attitude.. The simple things in life are often the best, but when you screw up simple fried eggs, you have to question whats going in in the world.. Breakfast is important for business travellers, but when you offer below standard items, your business day goes for a toss..pity that i will have to eat out from now on..

The property was fine. The rooms were good.

Extremely understaffed. They charged more than the actual cost of the stay. The cleaning staff did all the work without any directions by the supervisor. This property needs a good supervisor and receptionists. The night receptionist was always unavailable and had and attitude problem. The AC smelled so couldn’t use it. Even after providing two TVs in every room they weren’t functioning.

The property needs upkeep.

Linen, doors and furniture were not upkept, the capacity of the elevator was 2 people 🤬
