Maria was amazing!! We felt so welcomed and she was extremely helpful! We enjoyed wine in the evening in our room which she kindly provided a cork screw and wine glasses for us! we were in mayrhofen rock climbing and our room was cleaned each day which was lovely! we had a fridge in our room and a nice balcony, plus excellent breakfast in the morning. The location was amazing and made it feel like excellent value for money for our large room.

The location was great! We didn't have any disturbances from the nightlife in Mayerhofn, and the ski lift is on walking distance. The hotel has a great ski gear locker that provides direct access to the street so there is no need to carry your gear around the hotel.

Great location: to the main train station and Penken ski elevator about 10 minutes walk. Very nice and friendly hosts. There is a small shared kitchen with a kettle, fridge and stove. There is a ski room equipped with a dryer for boots. Also included is a free sauna. The wifi worked fine.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, only soap. The rooms were a little dirty, but generally acceptable. Breakfast is exactly the same with a rather poor choice. There is a stove, but no utensils in which to cook. A microwave would have been very useful.

Everything was excellent except breakfasts which are also good but I'd prefer more diverse choice )) The quality of the facility is perfect, I would say that it's more than 3*. The hotel is very cozy, owners are pretty friendly. Hope to come back there once.
