Loved our stay. Rooms are spacious abd comfortable. Breakfast is too good. Staff is very helpful and the location is great too on the road and very near the kata beach. We had to leave early morning and they arranged break fast on our request. We will definitely stay once again if we plan to visit kata. Thanks for your support team sugar Ohana

There must be a reason why there has not been any reviews since Thailand reopened as this place must have gone down hill. I’m not sure what a “poshtel” is however it is quite confusing what this place is. It’s fair from a hostel, lacking a vibe, the usually hostel amenities & advice. It is not really a hotel either. It just feels a little forgotten and in need of some branding as it feels like it doesn’t know what it wants to be. The staff are rude and not very helpful. As soon we we arrived around 5pm they seemed a grey as we arrived an hour later than what we had said but our flight had been delayed and it says 24 hour reception so didn’t think anything to contact them about being late. It states 24 hour reception however this is about as existent as anything else in the hotel, just the laundry in which is part of a massage place around the corner (they over charge - go down the road). The rooms are okay however the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. There is no breakfast, no hot drinks, no snacks, no kettles in the room (had to request for one, no nothing. Nada. You can actually get better for your money elsewhere, honestly. We checked out early as one night around 1am there was a LOT of noise and it kept us up. I had to go down and tell them to keep it down and it turned out it was the owner - he said he was having a meeting. Yeah at 1am? Sure. Upon checking out early they refused to give me a refund in which I had paid for a week and only did 3 terrible nights as the noise from the road and other bars is just as bad as the owner. A few more points: No lift so have to carry luggage upstairs. The light in 203 flashes a lot. No bed side tables. No breakfast options (they used to and have false advertising with their pictures) The shower does not work. Bathroom is not great. Maids come super early Kata is not that nice and a ghost town.

Excellent staff. Very convenient location. Clean and cozy room. 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice massage parlor right next door.

Some birds were living on the AC unit on the balcony. Sometimes their poop would fall on the balcony.

Very good location close to a variety of beaches and restaurants! No steep hill to walk to reach the hotel. I felt at home and welcomed at the hotel.

Everything was great. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The hotel seems newly built so everything aesthetically looks perfect. Beds were comfortable could have done with a bedside table maybe, room was spacey not cramped. We had a balcony with not so great a view but still somewhere to sit and hang wet swimming trunks and sandals. Stairs up to the room are manageable ..Gunn (the guy at reception) carried our luggage up the stairs and was generally great to talk to with lots of good suggestions and interesting stories of his experiences. The quick way to the beach is probably a 10 minute walk which is not pleasant but doable. And the beach itself is not world class but worth checking out. The are many agents selling tours along the main street there and we asked several before deciding (which is something I recommend). There is a bus stop across the road from the hotel that goes to Old Town and Patong, obviously takes a little longer but is 40 baht. Taxis are also not difficult to get from this location. The staff also prearranged our taxi when leaving at around 4:30am to go to the airport. Got a great price. Good internet. Would stay here again.

Everything was great, probably the tiny bathroom and the bathroom door made a terrible skreaching sound when opening it.
