I arrived when it was dark so didn't see the bell at the gate which you have to ring to get the keys. I tried the phone number for the property but couldn't get connection. After shouting hello a few times the lady appeared from next door with the keys. Perhaps it should be mentioned that you need to ring the bell as if you do arrive in the dark you don't notice it!

Clean room, small but very well equipped kitchen although no balcony with a view, still a balcony space to sit outside, enough space not the street to park the car, very friendly host

The view, the size of the one-bedroom apartment and the well equipped kitchen. If you're planning to stay in Paleochora for a while and want to cook in your room the kitchen would be perfect.

The bathroom. If you take a shower the water goes everywhere. The shower curtain doesn't go all the way to the floor. So you're left with a swimming pool. Old and dated bathroom. Sandpaper for towels. See through curtains that let in the light when you want to sleep.

View from the terrace was fab! Kitchen was well equipped (although could do with a chopping board) Soula and Ellen were very friendly and responded quickly to our request for an extra lamp. Lots of hot water and powerful shower! In a nice quiet location about 5 minute walk into the centre of the things. Would happily stay again :)

WiFi was a bit patchy at times. Sofa bed had a hard ridge in the middle so wasn't very comfortable to sleep on when flat.

The balcony was quite narrow but the view absolutely made up for that.

The room is very nice and comfortable. It has a very nice view of the sea, with a small balcony equipped with table and chairs. The room is very well equipped with anything you could need: a hair dryer, a fully-equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, etc. And of course it is air-conditioned! We particularly enjoyed the peace and silence during the night, as well as the stunning view of the sea!

Wi-fi is not very stable. Additionally, whilst the bathroom is renovated, shower pipes are a bit clogged and sometimes there could be some flooding on the shower floor. However, it is worth saying that this is a very common problem in all Palaiochora.

Very large balcony with a lowered canopy from the sun., Good kitchen with all facilities and utensils. Spacious rooms, laundry, towels, bins changed regularly. Nice view out to sea and the crocodile. Lots of hot water. Ease of parking in service road. Airconditioning good and included in price.

Poor Wifi only 1.2 Mbps, own 4g better at 3.5 Mbps. Hinge broken on wardrode. Entrance door lock damaged. 4" grill in middle of shower/toilet room fell in to hole, replaced but still loose and springs out if trod on and dangerous.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Clean apartment with lots of warm water for showering. There was an electric kettle and sandwich grill. The AC worked well and the beds, while firm, were comfortable. The location was quiet at night but not too far from restaurants.

There were only two electrical outlets and the placement for them was a little off. Only one reading lamp by the bed.
