We had beautiful weather and it is a wonderful complex

We spent a week for diving and visiting friends and family. It was very easy to check in and the owner was always available to answer questions. Kawama is very nice, with an ideal location, right on the ocean and super quiet. The condo had a lovely view of the marina. The kitchen is very nice. The master bathroom is very nice. The TV is excellent, we were able to stream without difficulty. WiFi was great. We would definitely come back and hope to next year.

This place is just as described and comes highly recommended if you’re traveling to the Florida Keys. The pools are heated, so no worries if it’s on the cooler side during your stay. It was sunny and 70’s while we were there, so the pool was a bit warm for me, but my Mom loved it.😊 The house is stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay, including beach towels and chairs. And you don’t want to miss the beautiful sunsets from the jetty.🌞

This condo, in Kawama tower, had everything we needed and more. A great location in Key Largo, it was a quick walk to the beach, overlooking the marina, had a nice walking path around the lake on the property. Marianne, the owner and Diane the cleaner were so helpful! A guard station provided extra security, free parking was great to have and an elevator up to our floor made getting there easy. The only thing we wished for was a bigger balcony to enjoy the beautiful view!

Marianne was a great host. The unit was decorated for a vacation at the seashore, which is exactly what we were looking for. Well maintained and the kitchen has all the essentials. We drove to Key West one day to see the craziness, but quickly returned to the sun and the waves at Key Largo. We will definitely stay again if we have another opportunity to visit the Keys.

Are stay with nice overall. The condo was nice over all the only thing. That was a real pain in the butt. Is the keys totally? Our shot 3 locks on the door only one of them worked. It would take us 5 minutes and 2 hands to get the door locked. It really was super inconvenient. It would avoid the whole rigomural of all these lockboxes that are impossible to get closed again. Also out of 3 TV's only one of them worked to watch the T. V we had to sit in the Guest bedroom. the TV in the master is small and not connected to cable the t. V in the living room worked the 1st day. But not after that, it was frozen the whole time. We even changed the batteries in the remote, but that didn't help.

This place was great! Very close to water and restaurants. Nice view of marina from house.

We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday as well as my newphew’s. There was plenty of room for us plus a couple of guests. The condo had everything you need for having fun and relaxing. The location to the marina, pool, beach and lagoon was perfect! I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time in Key Largo. The pier is worth walking down to on the property I recommend going at sunset. Property was spacious and so convenient. We felt safe and relaxed.

Comfortable beds, nice views, A/C worked great, would stay again.

Exactly what we were looking for

Really great property just as described in the listing. Stayed with a 2yr old and 4month old. Cot (crib) with bedding and high chair available at property. One swimming pool that was lovely and warm and quiet at the time of year we visited (May) just where you exit the property so super convenient. Lovely Playground a 2min walk. A bonus was the fact there were some beach toys and pool noodles at the property in the laundry room. So from a visiting with kids perspective this property was super easy. The apartment was really clean and well kitted out. The beds were comfy and the shower was good! The view was lovely from the apartment and the complex its situated in was peaceful with some nice walks and views. It's well located for the sights to see locally. The owner was really responsive and provided recommendations and answered queries really promptly. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay at Kawama Tower in Key Largo. The property was clean, spacious, and well equipped for our week long stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony facing the marina is breathtaking. It is a very short walk to the pool, beach, and jetty, where you can watch both the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Access to another pool, swimming lagoon with a beach, and tennis courts is an added bonus. The entire property is safe and well maintained.

The condo is lovely and spacious. The complex is well landscaped and clean. The condo has a view of the marina and the ocean in the distance. There is no beach for swimming, but there is a small lagoon and multiple pools. You can sit by the ocean in the adirondack chairs which is nice but on some days at high tide, there is a lot of stinky seaweed and even some trash. But other days, it did not smell. This is not a particularly walkable area. The condo was clean and tidy overall. Pet peeves of mine however are when all of the dishes, towels and silverware are mismatched. It would take about the cost of one night's rent to fix that. There was some random stuff in a couple of the drawers [a basket of string... a woman's razor] and a few of the dishes were dirty. But overall, the condo was fine. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Elia’s condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a good midpoint to get to the Everglades, and also to journey further down the keys. Marianne let us know there was a new mattress in the master, and it was very comfy. One minor concern for us was that the second bedroom door cannot be locked on the inside— with our kiddos being so young this made us very nervous. We just put something in front of that door during our stay, but a chain lock at the top would be a really easy fix to make it more secure! Overall no big deal, and the views and hospitality were wonderful!

Everything was quite lovely. our host was accessible to us when we had a question. The property was quite nice and we had a great vacation. Would definitely rent again in the future..

We had a great stay here. Marianna has a well kept home with a lovely view. We had an issue with AC the first night but it was promptly fixed. Great location in key largo.

Very nice place to rent, spacious 2 bedroom, full kitchen with loads of appliances. Master bedroom has only a FULL bed (which is really TOO small for 2 adults) 2nd bedroom has 2 FULL beds in it. Nice view off balcony. 3 pools were clean and close by.

We had a wonderful stay. Marianne was super attentive and the place was beautifully renovated. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views, the new mattresses, sheets and towels!. Very spacious and a lot to explore on the grounds. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you. Marianne.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Marianne's condo so much. It was clean, uncluttered, spacious, and had everything we needed in a pinch. A/C was fantastic after boating all day. So quiet I could take a nap anytime too. Shopping nearby for last-minute items was easy. This was a very busy weekend and we never felt crowded and always felt safe. Very friendly renters and owners. Absolutely no issues launching a 22' boat in the Marina. We hope to be back next month!

Evwrything was clean, easy process, and enjoyable. Would be a 10 out of 10 if it wasnt for the furniture. Everyone woke up with neck and back pain from the horrible mattresses on the beds that sounded like wooden creaks when you move on them. Pillows were hard as rocks and living room couch feels lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Other than that everything good. 8 out of 10.
