Negatives: The apartment we had wasn’t advertised on the website and all the rooms that were appeared alit nicer. The room had dampness and there were certainly signs of needing a refurb.. the outside area needed a good clean up. Although the location was good with regular buses into sorrento every 20 mins the last regular bus was about 10pm, we never waited for one after that so I’m not too sure how long after it would be.. we were happy walking to and from sorrento but there aren’t any footpaths most of the way so it is dangerous as the Italian drivers are erratic.. if you are looking to be close to a beach then here isn’t your location.both local beaches are down a steep path leading to a rocky area or a very shingle beach both of which have an extremely steep route back up. We had a 5 night stay at the villa and not once were offered clean towels(well they were more clothes than a towel) Positives: The owner was lovely. There is vending machines available which sell coffee, sandwiches, biscuits, chocolates etc) reasonably priced too. You are close to sorrento.. it’s a quiet spot.

Good location right in front of the bus stop, nice views on the sea , pleasant area with lovely garden and smell. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

Location is fantastic, 10 minute bus to the heart of Sorrento, or a 20-25 minute walk, which is stunning during the day time but I would not advise at night.

There was no phone signal in that area, I recommend contacting the host in advance because the gates are locked and otherwise you have no way to enter the yard. I recommend visiting Bagni Regina Giovanna, it is 10 - 15 minutes from the location.

The location was perfect for us and not too far from town and shops on the bus, there was lots of space in the apartment.

There was only one key which made it difficult to do separate things, and a lot of noise late one evening from a neighbouring property.

Very cosy and comfortable villa with beautiful garden. Privat territory with parking. Two popular beaches nearby. Villa is well equipped and in reality bigger than on the pictures. Would like to book again while visiting Sorrento! Strongly recommend!
