the bed was very comfortable and room was large and comfortable. the breakfast was good.

they did not bring a bottle of water to the room as promised. and the shower water could barely be regulated enough to shower without burning my self. ive never had that happen before. and the shower floor is very slippery but i put a towel down in the shower.

The staff was really nice & helpful. We waited in the lobby, ordered food & watched tennis while waiting to check in.

We had to change rooms because the a/c didn't work and the poor guy at the front desk was really busy.

room didn’t heat, was cold - set operation to heat, temp to 23 never rose above 19 - toilet needs repeated flushes, electronic key malfunction so they switched us - not to an equal or superior room. but an inferior room. very far from our other room (we had 2 rooms). Buffet breakfast was out of eggs at 7:05 am - we had to find someone at reception to go and ask for more - the food was basic and had practically no flavor. We’ll go elsewhere next time through.

the location is good and have mini market beside the hotel. and have washing machine that you can use in the first floor.

the breakfast was good and served early so you can get on the road early. its right next to a busy highway but was quiet. it used to be a fairfield inn till they closed. beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

sink drain slow. shower water barely warm enough and no heat. there is another hotel one south west of town and they dont have heat or ac turned on either. probably saves a lot of money that way,

Breakfast, due to different groups of young female athletes the capacity of the staff in the kitchen was not enough. They did a great effort. Check out nobody at the front desk.

No cold water upstairs, rooms 217 and 219. Had to shower with scolding hot water. The third night there was no water pressure at to shower. The plumbing smells like sewer. No food at all at 7:00 AM on March 2 at the breakfast buffet. I think this hotel is a rip-off. The service you provide does not add up in value to what your rate per night is. I will advice my company to find us another hotel in the Saltillo area for our teams to stay

Great Place to Stop on My Drive Far Down into Mexico. Clean, well-updated property with a great breakfast included.
