Everything is good. I would stay again without doubt.

The only thing I found that can improve is the pool. It could have been cleaner.

We were so happy with our stay for a basketball tournament. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The hotel location was convenient. The WiFi speed was good. The room cleanliness was outstanding.

The beds were uncomfortable, and there was no fridge, but that is OK. The following situation really disappointed me: I was not sure about my checkout date, the staff did not help me by checking their registers for me, so I made a needless extra payment for one more night. At the next day, after the payment was done, the front desk manager told me that he thought it was strange that I had paid for an extra night when my checkout date was not yet due. I consider this an error of mine, but also a totally disappointing error of theirs, because of the lack of helpfulness and honesty to the guests.

the receptionist staff needs to be more informative polite and friendly . the rooms don’t have phones.

We loved the pool it was big enough, not to deep, the breakfast was delicious specially the eggs, and the personnel were nice and helpfull, the room was big, the restroom too and the beds were comfortable. The location was excelent, close to the parks, stores and restaurants, I will stay here everytime I go to Saltillo!

The staff provided a room in the area that are remodeling but i called to report the noise. The move us to another room. I suggest to them that If they know that area is on remodeling then do not assign rooms on that area to avoid complains.
