We liked the nice rooms and the roof top pool with view to the sea. The service was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good. However, it is not as good as one can expect. The hotel tried to cater to both Western and Thai tastes and did not do very well on both sides. The hotel is at least 35-50 minutes' drive from town and night markets and other major attractions

The room is not well cleaned, the furniture is outdated, the AC fan in the balcony, poor breakfast with limited options, small rooms, the resort is poorly designed.

The hotel has a great view on the beach and coastline of the region, and location with seven eleven supermarkets, exchange offices and ATMs close by. The hotel even had a golf kart to take you close by to somewhere that you need. Excellent hotel restaurant called Flamingo with an exceptional view and direct access to the beach. Staff is all lovely, especially at reception where we were given an immediate free upgrade upon check in by the lovely staff members Big, Yao, and Emmy. They helped us with anything that we needed from room and tourism services. There is also a bookings desk in the hotel lobby that makes hour trip very convenient and they can book any tour for you during your stay. Truly a hotel that has it all. Thank you Bandara for a lovely experience.

Hospitable staff , few meters from beach, in fact the Flamingo restaurant is on the beach , ample parking despite 30 meters away from hotel main entrance ( buggy transfer was provided) , Pool was on the 4th floor but clean and serene with a bar and sufficient beach chairs and relaxed area. Convenient stores 7-E and Family Mart are just around the corner . Special thanks to front desk staff Emmy for arranging a small cake for my spouse birthday and the housekeepers for decorating our bed room - 'khop khun mark khrab'

Parking is 30 meters away from hotel main entrance , a shower/wash up bay should have been provided beside the pool , bar closing time should have been extended beyond 8:00pm ,

Small boutique hotel. Luxurious by my standards. Gorgeous room on 4th floor next to rooftop pool with bar, overlooking tranquil, palm- fringed sea - simply stunning. Gorgeous contemporary lobby adds to the feeling that you made an excellent choice with this hotel.

This was our 3rd time back at Bandara and we keep going back for a reason. We simply love this hotel, the area and al it has to offer. We have never been dissapointed with our stay. We will 100% be back again

This is just your regular hotel. Staff was nice and polite. We got a room with a side sea view, it was spacious enough, everything worked well. It was nice to hang out at the beach, the sea was nice and warm at the time of our stay, no jellyfish or anything. There's a beach bag with towels and umbrellas in the room which is very nice. The Flamingo bar downstairs has nice (but rather overpriced) cocktails, which you should get during the happy hour (2 for the price of 1). Breakfast was pretty standard, with a little too much continental options for my taste, but that's catering to a lot of people. For lunch / dinner I recommend the cafe Lae Lay across the street: great service, food and prices. If you want some buzzing nightlife, it's not really a good location, but for the quiet holiday it's great.

We had to explicitly ask to get the room cleaned, otherwise it was cleaned at seemingly random time of the day. The pool looks a bigger at the photos, and in reality it's probably better to go to the beach. I wish there were more asian options for breakfast.

Really beautiful, comfortable and bright room with a really nice bathroom. Can recommend the Spa (seems professional and high class). People working all around they are super nice and helpful.

Balcony was nice for letting wet clothes dry, but the view wasn't nice. Cannot recommend the Flamingo restaurant (bad music too loud, extra asked if the dish I wanted to order was spicy, but then it was really spicy - I eat spicy, but still quite sensitive, service was ok, felt like being kicked out though about 30min before closing time).

the cleaning is not up to standard, our cups and glasses in the bathroom were never changed over the course of 4 nights! there was a squished mosquito on the notice board in the elevator the day we arrived, and it was still there when we left…

good but i expected more for that price. The area around the pool is smaller in the reality than on the pictures.

breakfast - not so fantastic, not cosy breakfastarea and tables can be cleaned better. It does not feels that it served with love to customers, stuff is not so helpful and seems to be tired and not interested in guests. Bad english or understanding of what you say to stuff as well.

Bandara has great location for those who want to really rest . Not crowded, but everything in place to enjoy . I definitely prefer that cozy bay , rather then Karon or Patong beach .

If you are looking for a place with a besch and pool footsteps from your room, it is the perfect place. Also if you want to stay away from loud, party driven areas you are at the right hotel. The breakfast choices were fantastic! The staff were amazing and always super happy and helpful! The beach was super clean.

The hotel is not in a prime location however with a scooter or taxi you can pretty much get anywhere. Highly recommend renting a scooter for the island! The sun loungers on the roof need changing as you can tell they have lost their shape.
