breakfast was average on the weekend but on Monday it was weird breakfast plate not a buffet as weekend. on the information site, it says credit card is accepted but it was so rude to be requested cadh payment only!!

great location - ski in and out right on the lifts. Good breakfast, surrounded by food options. Sara is very nice. room ok. ski room is very handy to keep all equipment. location allows to take a ski pause, sleep short nap and then continue.

mattresses in rooms were not so comfortable. could be improved. Price used to be cheaper, still ok but getting already closer to other options that are just as good

location was excellent it’s literally right next to the 4 man chair lift, the hotel was warm and cosy and right in centre of the resort, great for family stay and plenty of sledging outside the hotel for the kids whiles adult enjoy apres ski

The bathroom was basic, could do with some more shelves and hooks for toiletries, also need more hanging hooks on walls for ski gear rather than all squeezed on side of wardrobe, there was a good selection and breakfast was reasonable but the hot food was Luke warm and the toaster takes for ever !! please get a new 4 slice toaster to speed up the process.

The location was perfect & our room was excellent with plenty of room & beautiful view of the slopes. Sara was extremely helpful organising a Valentines bouquet of roses delivered to me at the hotel from my partner who was in Thailand. My roses were beautiful Thankyou for organising this Sara what a lovely surprise.

Breakfast was little disappointing.

First of all it is a ski in ski out so the location is great. The staff is very nice and helpful and the breakfast is good and has enough variety. A few helpful tips for first commers: 1. Ski rental equipment is preferable to do online at least 2 days prior to your arrival in order not to pay overpriced when arriving locally at the store. An experienced and cheapest place was Traventura which is located 700m away from the hotel and near the Gondola lift. 2. Ski lessons with private instructor are better to be arranged directly with a freelancer instructor and not throw a ski rental place. For 4 persons you will save 70 BGU a day. 3. Ski passes can be bought directly in front of the hotel. There is a day pass, morning pass, afternoon pass and night pass with different pricing. There is not much difference in pricing if you buy in advance a pass for a few days or each day a new pass.

1. The beds are not really so comfortable 2. outside the rooms there is an unpleasant smell probably due to the humidity of a closed place.

The location could not be better

There was an issue with the heating, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. The price was a bit high (price vs. value), probably due to New Year and increased demand it is to some extent expected.
