there was a false alarm during midnight about 4 a.m. and there was no apologies from the counter when I first called them, not until when I checked out.

Overall this place will become one of my top two choices to stay at Hsinchu City. First of all, the room and its cleanliness are exceptional. The room I stayed had a bathtub and it was remain as clean as I can imagine. The bed is comfortable at just right point. I also noticed they installed an elegant acrylic windshield at the windshield at the air outlet to prevent cold wind hit directly to you while sleeping. The night view around the hotel is also decent. Although I don't have the chance to use SPA, gym and go to the roof bar, I found there bakery at the lobby was also phenomenal. I picked some sorts of bread and they were all quite tasty. I also noticed there is a noodle shop looks nice next to the lobby, which I didn't have chance to try this time. Last but not least, the parking system is highly advanced. Not to mention the auto license plate recognition, while you're staying with them, you only need to tell the front desk your license plate number once. After that, you can simply go in and out to the parking lot smoothly. No more standing in front of the machine to waive the fee. It's really an easy in and out process.

There are only three very minor disadvantages if we really want to address. First of all, I think if you prefer Uber in stead of taxi, you may need to get yourself more time for the Uber driver to pick you up, there are just not so many Ubers surrounding by this location. Maybe you can ask front desk to get taxi for you, but I didn't ask them so there is no comparison actually. Secondly, I found the channels of TV are many but not interesting actually, and my controller is kind of hard to use, which means I cannot switch the channels so easily. For a such nice accommodation, I expect to check out no later at 12:00 pm. However, it was 11:00 am certainly. Other than that, I'm satisfied with my stay experience this time.
