Great breakfast, comfortable beds, wonderful spa, and the lanterns gave the place a magical feeling in the evenings.

The noise of the motorcycle bridge on the south side of the hotel. View was wonderful but the noise was non-stop.

Very welcoming staff and a splendid location with easy walk to old town of Hoi An. Breakfast was varied with western and asian options.

Rivertown was simply amazing! We had a wonderful 6 day stay here, and the staff treated us like family and so special. We originally booked for 3 nights but extended our stay to 6 nights. It is well above 5 star standards in Australian terms. The breakfast and service were just beautiful. They have 2 pools. A very large, deep adults only one and a shallower one on different side of hotel for kids and families. Drinks and food service poolside. Comfortable beds, cold air-conditioning, hair conditioner (not common in vietnam). The resort is in a very quiet area but easy 5 minute walk to night markets and so many restaurants and cafes. Bicycles are free to use. Free shuttle bus to and from The Shorehouse Beach Club at An Bang Beach. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Vietnam again

Excellent swimming pool, with one pool for adults and children above 12 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, along with all the staff. Clean, nice room. Definitely stay again. Good to have water stations to refill your bottles with cold water. Good push bikes, which we used all the time.

If staying on the river view side be prepared for some noise from the motorbikes going over the bridge.

all the staffs from reception to breakfast restaurant to the cleaning team were very friendly and approachable. They were proactive to engage me to find out about my stay and are ready to offer suggestions to go if needed. The swimming pool is great for lap swim.

I provided feedback on 2 separate observations of minor lapses in service standards and the staffs were grateful for the feedback and attended to them promptly. This reflect the high standard of the service staffs. I am impressed.

Lovely friendly staff, convenient location 10 minute walk into town, lovely room with amazing views over the town.

The swimming pool was so hot due to the weather, shame we couldn’t cool down. Would be good if the hotel could somehow manage this. Suggest also putting some music by the pool, lacked atmosphere.

Simply a wonderful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, preempting any wishes: it seemed like they knew what we desired before we had even phrased our thoughts: that’s truly 5-star service! They took special care of our 4-year-old daughter, which was delightful. The spa was just amazing - I had some of the best massages ever at the Lemongrass Spa! The entire hotel is beautiful and the 2 pools were amazing. Also, it’s probably one of the best locations if you want to be close to the old town of Hoi An (just 5-10mins walk)!

There is a motorbike bridge on one side of the hotel, which makes sitting outside noisy (it didn’t bother us, but perhaps there are guests who don’t like this). Besides, it’s not the hotel’s fault :-/.

This is a really lovely resort near the ancient town in Hoi An. The resort gives a very tranquil and peaceful vibe which is what we needed for a relaxing break. It is just slightly out of the ancient town but yet close enough to walk there. It is also close to the night market and pubs/bar area. The breakfast is really good with many options and 2 live stations. The staff is also really helpful and pleasant. The rooms are big and comfortable. And the ammenities the hotel has to offer is also really good - 2 pools, one spa, one gym, restaurant/bar and free bicycle rentals. They provide shuttle transportation to An Bang Beach and will be able to provide towels, and an umbrella chair with their partner Shore Club at the beach. We also really appreciated that a water filter was available at the resort and this allowed us access to hot, normal and cold water. I highly recommend staying in this place and I’ll come back here if I’m ever back in HoiAn.

Beautiful resort, very comfortable and could of easily stayed longer the staff were so friendly and so accommodating and helpful organizing everything we needed, shout out to Ly and Hua. Short walk away from old town and new town nightlife close enough for walking also.

We would recommend staying on pool view side over river view which are more expensive only due to the noisy bike bridge spoiled the experience on the balcony.

It is a beautiful Resort with great attention to detail. Staff were amazing, and ensured that we were totally catered for. The facilities were great, with two swimming pools, and a divine spa onsite. Food was delicious, with plenty choices for every meal.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and all the food was delicious. The outdoor areas were beautiful and the pool was lovely. We also enjoyed a very relaxing spa service. The location is perfect, walking distance to the night markets and its was great to be able to use bikes to explore further. Everything at the hotel was outstanding.

This is our second stay at River Town and the first since COVID. We were very happy to be back and it was better than expected. The breakfast buffet has a great selection for every taste and the hotel is great value for money. Centrally located its a quick walk to the Old Town and Night Markets. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Every aspect of this experience from check in, to ordering room service to interacting with the exceptionally skilled staff is simply perfection. There is literally not one negative thing that can possibly be said about this oasis of comfort and luxury. Not only is the building itself new, clean bright airy and spacious, but the staff in this hotel truly are world class. From silver service in the restaurant to a very helpful front of house, this establishment is top class, on a world scale. A particular mention must go to staff members Quoc, Tung and Lan, people who truly made our time in Vietnam unforgettable.
