The property was excrptional , location was great .Couldn't fault anything .

Emplacement centre ville , rue piétonne . Hyper centre .
Trop de pression pour le départ . On me demande le jour de l arrivée à quelle heure je pars dans 3 jours . ( pour l organisation ok je comprends ). Je reçois une relance la veille à 7h45 le matin et la même le soir . Je réponds que ça n a pas changé donc le lendemain 10h .
Le jour du départ , 10h moins 5 min , une dame entre ( nos affaires sont prêtes sur le palier ). Elle fait rentrer les 3,femmes de ménages . Et nous pousse vers la sortie en nous proposant par 3 fois de nous aider à mettre nos affaires dans l ascenseur .
Alors que nous étions tout à. Fait à l heure . Oppressant . Pas correct . Dommage , ça se termine sur une mauvaise impression .

Being in a pedestrian street creates a bit of a complication for mobility impaired people. But we got thru it. The parking pass was a big plus!
The door sticks quite a bit making one key impossible to use.

Beautiful apartment, above a very busy street filled with restaurants and bars. Fantastic large lounge that overlooked the street with distant water views. Very functional kitchen and dining room, it was so nice, it made leaving to do touristy things difficult! Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were a visual delight. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was a fantastic location to enjoy Annecy. Hosts were accomodating with an early check in and we loved the coffee machine.
Not sure what could have been improved, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. The apartment is above a street with vibrant restaurants and bars so there is noise at night but the rear bedrooms were quiet, only the main bedroom could hear the frivolity - but that's part of the appeal!

We loved everything about this property but especially the size and the styling.
The property was amazing but we didn’t like the caretaker arriving at 9.30am on our day of checkout which was 10am. She was walking around checking everything when people were using the bathroom and trying to pack up and leave.

l'appartement dans ce palais baroque et italianisant..tout de très bon gout artistique et qualité des objets du décor .Nous étions dans notre élement.
L'absence de climatisation en cette période caniculaire( panne devant etre réparée dans les 15 jours ....)

An incredible apartment with a rich history, which can be felt as soon as you enter. Beautifully styled, with everything you need to have a truly memorable stay in Annecy.
Conflicting information about checking out - we had a long drive ahead of us and being sent text messages a few times at 5am on the day of our departure asking what time we will be leaving seemed unusual as we had been asked to simply pop keys in a certain place by the lovely lady who showed us the apartment.

EVERYTHING!! Exceptional property which is exactly as described and other reviews. location couldn’t be better and just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Wonderful historic appartment in the middle of everything.
A/C did not help much. This could be problematic for those who like it cool when the weather is hot outside. Fans were provided and that’s all we needed.

This really was exceptional. The position was perfect… near the lake and in the old town but it was easy to get to the train station. They also have somewhere to park if you have a car.
Prior to our time there, Coralie was very helpful via emails to help us plan activities.

Delightfully crazy apartment in the middle of Annecy. Decorated floor to ceiling in paintings of cherubs, Rubenesque women, replicas of old masters and old tapestries. Absolutely over the top but so much fun to stay in. Had everything we needed and so comfortable. Perfectly located in the tourist centre and near to the lake. Management on the opposite side of the hall helped with a bleeping smoke alarm that needed a battery changing.
Could have done with bigger mugs for tea. Otherwise perfect.

Excellent location, but that's just an aside. The apartment itself is so magnificent that none of us felt like going outside, We just wanted to sit in the apartment and enjoy the decor and ambience it created. Everything you need is around the apartment and the proximity to park and lake meant you can go from the little streets to the Alpine view within minutes.

Great location. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Well equipped in kitchen and with cloth hangers, shelving etc. So glad for air conditioning in lounge.
Poor WiFi, old towels, dusty clothes shelving, no towel rack in one of the bathrooms. Could do without carpets in bedrooms

Warmly welcomed into our very large three bedroom three full bathroom apartment. Large living space and large dining room. Kitchen with all necessary facilities minus a bottle opener. Bedrooms and bathrooms large and clean. Warm and comfortable stay. Water pressure in bathroom great.
