The home and pool were off the chain…the game room was awesome for kids and adults!!! Excellent vacation home for our large family! I have 5 adult kids with spouses and 3 grandkids. This home was the perfect size for us and very well stocked with everything you could need. I would highly recommend this home for any larger families or friends group!
We will stay here in the future if it available. The price is reasonable for what you get!

My family loved staying at the Seahorse Retreat. The location and house were perfect for the 10 of us. We spent most of our time at the pool or beach area. The guys were able to fish off the dock. I was able to kayak and paddleboard. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to my texts. Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

The owners provided a great deal of information about the property and the area so we felt very comfortable at this property for our vacation. They also reached out often to make sure we had everything we needed, which was so nice of them. We had a wonderful time for spring break! The weather was a little chilly but we opted to heat the pool and it was great! Plenty of sunshine and the hot tub was awesome. We enjoyed Kayaking and paddle boarding and my boys got up at 6am one morning to kayak out and watch the sunrise on the water. #Beautiful Being right across from the military base was fun too b/c we got to watch super cool planes and helicopters fly by. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Elizabeth was always available throughout the booking and check in process and was friendly to work with. We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Seahorse Retreat for my birthday. We were a total of 8 people, although two more families could’ve joined us and we still would’ve been comfortable. From booking, to check in to check out everything went smooth! The house was everything advertised and more. Keep a look out on the beach and on the dock, there is marine life everywhere! The pool/spa was perfect and newly renovated. I will be booking with Elizabeth and Tim again!

Great family vacation. We had 13 people that had plenty of room in the house. Pool and hot tub area were set up very nicely and the landscaping was beautiful. We loved watching all the butterflies that were attracted to the flowers. The view over the water was beautiful also. We would definitely stay again.

This property is everything that is advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 16. 4 toddlers and 12 adults. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and the paddle boats were a big hit. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!!!

Our family spent a week together at this wonderful residence. We ranged in ages 1 to 65. The house worked beautifully. My husband and I had the bottom floor, our son and his family had the main floor, our other son and his family had the 2nd floor and I made the top room my office for the week. We caught fish off the dock, had fun flying a kite on the beach as well as kayaking and paddle boarding and spent most of our time between the pool and hot tub. We went to a beach in Destin one day and Navarre beach another day. The house is so centrally located. The military base on the sound provided a wonderful show on Friday night by dropping 5 paratroopers in the water and picking them up by boat. What a wonderful week!

This was actually our second trip this year to Seahorse Retreat because we loved it so much the first time we had to go back again. This will definitely be making this one if our regular vacay homes. The property has everything you need furnished from the kitchen, toiletries, extra blankets, pillows, kayaks, floats, games, corn hole, and exceptional WiFi . The home is exceptionally clean and truly family oriented. We love the views from the decks overlooking The Sound. The infinity pool and hot tubs are outstanding and they are private!!! Your not fighting a crowd. The beach is shallow, clear and your not fighting huge waves or jelly fish. I love the ocean but this is the best of all worlds. I could go on and on about this property. It truly is lovely and has everything and anything a family needs at the beach.

This was the perfect property for our group of 8. Plenty of separate living space so that we could spread out when we needed to. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare group dinners every night. We enjoyed the hot tub and taking the kayaks out into the sound. The weather wasn't perfect for this stay, but if it had been warmer, we would have spent even more time using the pool and beach area. Highly recommend! Elizabeth was great to work with -- everything was so easy. We would definitely stay here again if we revisit the area.

We hand a enjoyable experience renting this property for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and baths to accommodate. Only issue was the pool was to cold to enjoy but thankfully had the hot tub to use. Short distance to the beautiful beach’s of Navarre.

This rental was perfect for our family in every way. Location: close to shopping, touristy things, ocean beach, etc . The house was clean and well laid out for 4 families with 7 kids to have their private place. It's perfect for families with younger children. Train table,. Foosball, ping pong. The location on the Sound was great. The littles could play and swim to their hearts content. They colf also paddle the kyacks around in the shallow water. The pier is great for fishing or just sitting and relaxing. The big back yard was great for all the cousins to play kickball and fly kites. The pool and hot tub were great also. We had perfect weather all week. I will definitely tell all my friends about this wonderful place.

We had 12 people in our group of various ages and the house had plenty of room. We rented a pontoon boat and able to leave it at the boat dock behind the house. We had a very nice time with our family here

Wonderful family vacation spot
The property was outstanding. The well appointed kitchen served us well with 6 guests. There was plenty of room to be together in the living room or outside at the pool/yard or spread out to bedrooms, porches and loft nooks for quiet/reading time. In general, Navarre Beach has become pretty crowded, but the property location is far enough from the bridge to lessen the congestion. Overall a wonderful place to vacation.

Beautiful home on the Sound
So this property is one of a pair of homes under the same management. We rented both which was absolutely fantastic! We had several friends with multiple teenagers. We swam, kayaked (kayaks are on the property), paddle boarded (brought our own), played in the sound, drove to Navarre beach, Destin and Ft Walton- all close by. House was well equipped, comfortable and absolutely beautiful view!!! Hot tubs in the am and pm, pool all afternoon. Basically- something for everyone! Sound is safe and calm for kids to play. Long dock is great for reading, sitting in the evening, and fishing. Rave reviews all the way around here. 98 is busy so no biking here but we didn’t want that and the groceries and restaurants nearby are plentiful and various! Great deal!

Spring Break 2022
This home suited us perfectly! From the space inside to the decks and yard. The pier for the boat, the hot tub, the swing the little beach - top notch. We used the kayaks several times and appreciated the beach chairs The pool was beautiful but just a bit chilly in the spring. Elizabeth was very kind and always responsive. If you are beach people as we are, take the short drive to Navarre Beach during the week! Highway 98 is dead stopped at least 5 miles back from the beach road on Saturday and Sunday.
This property is high on our list for next Spring Break! Loved it.

Great experience with the host. Super clean house and lots of amenities. The view is beautiful. The only challenge was the highway and military shooting practice noise. It was loud. However, if you want a great view and a lovely vacation rental, this place is sweet!

Beautiful property
The property was beautiful and amenities were as advertised. This is a great house for family and friends to enjoy time together. We had an issue getting the TV to work the first day and the property manager got on the phone with us and we worked out a work around. One of the air conditioners went out while we were there and they had a repair man out to fix it within a couple of hours. The property manager was very responsive and checked in with us while we were there to make sure everything was good and to see if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn't Want to Leave
Our family of 14 was delighted with our stay at this splendid home. We have vacationed in several homes over the years, and found this to be one of the best. The sound provided safe water for the kids and the in-ground hot tub provided a nightly haven for the adults. The swimming pool was in constant use also. Elizabeth was such a considerate host and checked to make sure all was right for us. Extra little touches that helped were the labels on all of the switches and explicit directions on how to operate locks. With the balconies, patio, front porch, back deck, and lots of bedrooms, there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. We would certainly have no hesitation in booking again.
