Breakfast and massages were great. Suite was comfy with a good view and quick access to North Jakarta. Ask for Bella on the massage table my back felt like a new man

Lobby is nice

Room was smelling old cigarette, very noisy next to the road and motorbike, sink was stuck so the staff had to fix it. Pillow smelled used. Aircon very noisy, curtains let pass lot of light.

Good value for money, clean, comfortable, spacious room

Layout of the toilet door - the toilet door was a sliding door and if I wanted to leave the toilet door opened, it meant that I could not open the wardrobe door at the same time. So it's a hassle having to keep sliding the toilet door shut each time I wanted to open the wardrobe door and vice versa.

good breakfast, good location , nice size pool

we booked a room for 2 adults 1 child yet had to share a double bed. staff wanted to charge for extra bed. really unhelpful staff in check in at 1am then room service app didn’t work and took 1 hour after chasing 3 times . screens in front of infinity pool were dirty and carpet was n room dirty.

Nice Building and furniture

Altough staff Is friendly they are totally unskilled, 2 days to get laundry service, asked 3 time in 1 day for cold fridge Only After reporting It to booking they react, discussed 20 Min Upon check out for a Company recypt which was already mention in my booking and they were not willing to issue It, not worth more than 3 star as hotel for 4 or 5 a lot to improve in terms of customer service

I have to wait 2.5 hours to order room service (fried rice).
