reception easy to find

There were a lot of security guards at the front door and the reception building appeared run down from the street.

the building was clean and worth the price except the distance from the station ( no frequent buses from the station)we need to pay 10 £ each time for the taxi

The appartment was clean and good but there is a problem of security to the building as the main door is open always , there are outsiders who enters the building and they were smoking in the entrance.Twice they knocked our door. Might be its because the reception to this hotel is far from this building. Its reported to the hotel management and i hope this will be rectified for the confort & the safety of the clients.

Internal fire doors constantly wedged open. rear door wedged open, lack of security.

Cosy and comfortable apartment to stay with all required utensils and necessities.

Location is not so close to the town which needs about 10 mins drive.

They fixed things in apartment which were broken quickly. Location was OK.

Room smelt, microwave and kettle didn't work. Loo seat was nearly broken, moving on hinges. Front door to property was unlocked. Checking in up the road at the Crown Plaza 100ms up the road, where a fight was taking place when we arrived.

Larger than we thought and well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the deli across the road. It's a decent walk from Surbiton station but we didn't mind that. Really clean and it was a nice touch to have toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits available.

The shower floor seemed very slippery and high from the ground. The only reason this was a concern was because we were staying with a small child and it was a little dangerous for him. But I appreciate these places are not designed for families generally.

The rooms were very modern and nice. Lovely location. The staff is very approachable and try to help as much as they can- staff do go above and beyond.

Wifi and mobile signals were terrible in the rooms. The staff tried to help, but it didn't work- especially if you are staying in suites 2 ground floors We had to keep our windows open, to get any sort of phone connection- something to keep in mind if staying there for work or moving from overseas, when you need to receive and make multiple phone calls. They desperately need to provide wifi boosters in rooms and improve mobile phone reception. Suites 1 - has only one common laundry- which is also used by the housekeeping staff to wash their dirty sponges. (The cleaning staff is lovely though- not their fault). The management needs to provide separate laundry for guests, and separate for housekeeping. Again, the staff were fabulous.

Reception staff very helpful and gave good tips on locality and was attentive while I awaited family as it was late at night.

Nothing really come to mind

The whole experience was quite spoiled by the fact that in the first place I was handed over the wrong set of keys… On the second try, even with the right keys, the main front door lock was 99% broken and took 10-20 tries to open before you could get in the property. A real annoyance… The rest of the flat was very nice, good location, pleasant staff at reception.

The location is very noisy with lots of traffic and not a lot of information when you arrive in where to go to pick up your keys

The property was well kept and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

For some reason these apartment are far to hot, they have no air conditioning and this was mentioned on arrival. They provided fans for every room and offered to provide more if needed. This made our stay very uncomfortable.

Roominess

Rather stuffy and difficult to ventilate with windows when opened on ground floor a security risk, very noisy traffic and smoking area right next to window. While quite well appointed in general the couch/sofa bed was old, shabby and fell apart when you sat on it.

Lighting in bathrooms was poor, and sink plug did not work, and could not get any hot water to the sink in the bathroom.

This spacious, clean and stylish property literally has everything that a traveller needs. Great and fast WiFi, nice kitchen with all necessarily equipment, great living room that can be used as a small office for the people that are working remotely. Worth mentioning that bathroom looked like the one that you can find in 4 stars hotels with diverse bathroom accessories and clean white towels. If you have few options and thinking where to stay, then this place is the one you should pick. Highly recommend!

easy to get to, well laid out, had everything

The electrics blew twice and most of the lights went off. We were able to reset the fuse box each time. no chest of drawers in the bedroom to store clothes, no hangers in the wardrobe. could do with a side light in the bedroom, also as it was newly renovated there were not enough plates of different sizes in the kitchen, a kitchen bin as also missing.
