Very spacious 2 bed apartment with everything supplied just off the main strip. As we travelled as a couple and only booked on day of arrival as we were on a stand by ticket with the airline so we were glad to have got somewhere at such late notice and were happy to pay the supplement for the 2nd bedroom Great little touches in the apartment like shopping trolley and shopping bags, plenty of towels plus there was a washing machine with washing powder etc. Nice sunny balcony to relax Miquel and Concha really lovely and very helpful people.

A safe in the apartment would have been nice as we carried our passports with us at all times even though the apartment was very secure and in a safe area.

The location was perfect for us as we had two exceptional walks that suited us. We were situated a short distance in from the middle of the promenade just as you enter the Porto del Carmen district. The Spar supermarket on the corner opened early and closed at 22:00. We had everything at our door step. The area was quiet at night as we were on the Airport side and 3 minutes walk inland from the promenade.

Nothing as it was perfect for us.

Close to beaches and restaurants.. All facilities are more than adequate. We were lucky finding parking near by apartment. Conchi and Miguel are great hosts, very obliging.

Would have loved Air conditioning in bedrooms but Conchi supplied us with a column fan..

quite far from the old town but near plenty restaurants and shops. no pool or air conditioning (was comfortable enough in May).

Very nice hosts, apartment perfectly located to explore the island. A very nice small beach, sheltered from the wind, in just about 7 min walking distance (Playa El Barranquillo). Shops and restaurants as well. Recommended :)

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Miguel was extremely helpful and flexible during our stay. Very short walk to the main part of the resort but still a very quiet neighbourhood. All facilities in the apartment worked very well and were well maintained.

Nothing not to like really, could do with a larger hot water tank as had to wait between showers but not really an issue, just being picky

Location. Very quiet although minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Smooth handover. Very clean. Lots of kitchen equipment and towels etc. Both bedrooms were large. Good outside area and seating. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Had everything we needed. Apartment had sun on the balcony all day. Some English tv channels. Miquel was very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

The main door didn’t have the apartment numbers outside so a little confusing to begin with.

Great location , Miguel was super helpful at all times, apartment was spotless and had all necessary facilities

Hot water for shower ran out quickly , you do need to time showers to allow the water to reheat between (although Miguel did increase the temp for us to help with this) Not much kitchen worktop space although no problem unless preparing meals for eating in.

So near Puerto Del Carmen restaurant and shop's. Miguel was a caring host left lovely bottle of Cava and cakes for my husband Peter 70th Birthday
