Die Lage und Nähe zum Bahnhof ist gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel strahlt eine junge und angenehme Atmosphäre aus! Das Zimmer war zudem ruhig.

Das Bett war leider völlig durchgelegen! Ich habe selten in einem Hotel so schlecht geschlafen. Für die Zimmergrösse passt m.E. auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (in unserem Fall 250€ die Nacht!) nicht. Ein anderer negativer Aspekt war, dass die Tür vom Treppenhaus zur Lobby verschlossen war, obwohl es sich hier um einen Fluchtweg handelt. Wir haben das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht.

Zimmer ausreichend groß, sauber und bequemes Bett. Badezimmer geräumig und sauber. Sehr gut schallisolierte Fenster. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich (Buffet). Sehr nah zur Station Stratfort.

Es ist keine Möglichkeit vorhanden, Kleidung aus dem Koffer zu geben (Schrank, Regal oder ähnliches). Zudem ist kein Tisch im Zimmer, lediglich zwei sehr kleine Ablagen neben dem Bett und ein breites Fensterbrett.

Okay location, nice bar. The rooms are small but comfortable; clean and fully equipped for a standard hotel room.

The staff are obviously not professionally trained. Everything was unorganized, and it took a long time to check in. Our charger, which we left in the reception for the evening, got lost by the hotel staff for the evening after we came back. Our biggest disappointment is the inability of the hotel staff to assist us in delivering our lost and found Apple AirPods. When the courier arrived to pick them up as we had arranged, the hotel staff informed us and the courier that they were unable to find them. The AirPods were lost again, but this time by the hotel staff. You can't make this stuff up!

Breakfast poor - the bread was stale

Taxi ordered by the reception staff arrived extremely late - we wish we'd taken the train.

The location was perfect for us room good.

Breakfast was good however it was difficult to find a place to sit, the setup wasn't practical, also the pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, they are very synthetic.

Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Access to the really nice bar/restaurant downstairs. £12 for breakfast is a bit steep, but London prices! Staff were friendly. The hotel was handily adjacent to the main Stratford transport hub and Westfield shopping centre.

Street facing room so some traffic noise, even with the windows closed, which can’t be helped. Noisy people in the room upstairs, unfortunately. This suggests sound proofing of rooms could be better. Staff in the bar/restaurant were understandably a bit distracted by being pulled between being concierges and bar staff - a dedicated person to manage check-ins/outs would be a good idea.

Great location for the Abba Arena. Friendly and helpful staff. Fab decor and layout with funky little touches. Good and bar available.

Ambiente confortevole, ben arredato, spazi funzionali e puliti. Zona ottima per visitare l’intera città di Londra, vicinissima alla Stazione di Stratford che è ben collegata con tutte le linee metro, international rail e stazione bus.

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

There was a good choice of food. Bacon was very over cooked on both days. Less crispy and more brittle but there was plenty of other stuff to eat.

Tables could be cleaned/cleared quicker.

Last day I’ve been interrupted out my sleep twice from workers just walking in thinking that the room is empty that’s so unprofessional,

Friendly staff, nice vibe in the hotel lobby. Breakfast is good and there's a wide variety of cereals, cold and hot drinks.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids and stayed in a double room with a foldable sofabed. Unfortunately, the sofabed was not comfortable at all, with a very thin mattress. Even our kids did not sleep well in it, so we ended up sleeping there for 2 nights and felt cramped and tired the morning after. Apart from that the room was clean, well equipped and spacious. Just a pity of the bed.

Kamer was goed

Ontbijt was niet optimaal. Keuze was in orde maar er werd niet tijdig aangevuld en de tafels werden te weinig afgenomen.

De ligging nabij station Stratford, de vibe, modern, schoon en netjes onderhouden hotel.

Het was behoorlijk warm in de kamer (24 graden). De temperatuur kon niet geregeld worden. Het raam kon open zodat het nog wat afkoelden.

Location was good, relaxed atmosphere.

No space to hang clothes properly. Good was very very poor for a Marriott property.

The staff are great, the proximity to the Westfield centre and Olympic park is also fantastic.

The fact that you can't change the temperature in your room is madness to me, I was here for an entire week, my room was around 25 degrees the entire time, I followed all of the advice on switching the fixed temp AC off an opening the window, but it didn't matter, they did give me a fan but it didn't really help, it was still far too warm. Ultimately that means I don't think I'll be staying at a moxy again, if you can't control the temperature of your rooms, for me that means I don't get any sleep for a week, when that happens then your function as a hotel is entirely invalidated.
