Beautiful view! Plenty of room for our family stay. It was very handy to have the washer and dryer and dishwasher. There was a fan and a heater in the room and extra blankets provided which was great. Nice products provided including body wash and tea + coffee etc. Very close to walk to the local cafes and restaurants and mall playground across the road.

Uncomfortable bed in the main room. The single beds seemed ok.

We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The views were Fantastic.. Also liked how you could walk to local restaurants just minutes away.

Great location with views over the city skyline. Free covered parking included in fee. Building is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Overall clean and tidy.

Kitchen could do with better kitchenware e.g. no large serving bowls available and bowls given are too small to serve pasta or cereal in. Had to request a plunger from reception. Would be nice if this was already placed in the kitchen. No rubbish bins in the bathrooms for disposal of sanitary products and the bin in the kitchen is very small.

This motel is our go too when ever we are in Auckland.

Had to rewash some kitchen items. Decor was basic but clean. Sofas are small. Would be better with a corner sofa to relax.

The apartment was modern and clean with everything you need. Also handy to shops and restaurants.

Free covered parking available at property. Great location in Birkenhead with beautiful view over Auckland city sky line. Comfortable beds and apartment was really clean and tidy. We will be back :).

Wifi network was a bit weak. No rubbish bins in the bathrooms.

Great location - handy to city and central for the Shore. Loved the accessibility from carpark to our room - short distance from carpark to lift.

We had a bit of an issue with housekeeping supply of in room products - that came to light in the middle of the night in awkward circumstances. While we couldnʻt get resolution during the night, the motel made up for it.

Location was good and got two rooms together with another family so worked out well.

The rooms were a little bit unclean, mainly the shower. There was an oven which was great, but no oven glove to safely remove things from it, or oven pans of any kind so had to use a pot. Also no tea towels for drying dishes.

Excellent location. Nice 20 min bus ride into Auckland. Buses every 15 mins. Very smart and well maintained accommodation.
