The property is very spacious for one or two people. It has modern amenities, well cleaned and the host, Menis is considerate and hospitable.

Everything. 2 balconies to chill out during the day. All little extras were available both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The couches were larges and confortable for my 3 kids (11, 9 and 7 years old). Exceptional location: 2 min from the city centre. Accessible, discreate and very kind landlord.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The owner, Mr. Menis, waited for us and showed us around the property. Everything was sparkly clean and the owners had left a couple of beach toys for our kids which was a nice surprise! There were also fruit and some snacks waiting for us in the fridge. The street is very quiet and in the morning we were woken up by the songs of birds. The balcony in the back is great and exactly as it looks in the pictures. A huge asset of this apartment is its location: walking distance from the closest beach (although if you come to Athens and have a car, it's worth exploring the entire "riviera" and take some time to drive beyond Vouliagmeni and Varkiza and towards Sounion). The flat is also walking distance from the center of Vouliagmeni, with many options for breakfast/bakery, lunch/dinner, night drinks and pharmacy. The communication with the owners was very smooth and prompt. Overall a great experience!

Very nice clean and tidy apartment with lovely balcony and seating. Spacious and comfortable. Super good location. Menis is super host! Especially friendly, polite , responsible and kind. He takes care about as every time. Home made marmalade was very tasty! Recommended for all guests, thanks for all, Menis:)

An ideal place to spend your days in Vouliagmeni! Calm, clean and very well equipped apartment, the bed is amazingly soft and the balconies make it better than any posh hotel around! Stunning experience.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was every bit of the 9.9 rating and then some. We were very pleased and would recommend it for anyone interested in a nice getaway near the sea. Menis, the host, was really fantastic as well.

I really can't think of something that was not pleasant for us. We were thoroughly pleased with the whole experience.

I was welcomed by the flat owners who even gave me a tour of Vouliagmeni. There were amenities, coffee, soap, everything in the flat which is a spacious beautiful apartment perfectly located. Great value for money I highly recommend.
