Beautiful spacious and very comfortable home. High quality amenities, very comfortable beds. Communication from Lindsay was great and he allowed us to checkin earlier. We felt quite privileged in staying in this modern and beautiful home, and in hindsight we should have booked it it for longer than 2 nights. We highly recommend this home, you will love the experience.

We returned to Lindsay & Lynn’s lovely property.to escape the UK winter for the second consecutive year. This time the Rotorua weather co-operated and we had a great time exploring the locality. Cannot heap enough praise on the owners for the cleanliness, furnishing and comfort of their property. We would love to re-visit some time.

This is a lovely home. Large, very clean, modern kitchen. The view is fabulous. We stayed in many wonderful places in New Zealand, but this was the best. Lindsay is a super host and gave us many great ideas of what to do. I hope we can return some day!

The house had a lot of provisions, especially in the kitchen! It was lovely and big (photos dont quite do it justice!) and fitted the 8 of us fine 🙂

We were extremely impressed with this property, it had everything you need, its spacious, its clean and tidy, instructions/guides are clear, by far the best place we have stayed. Not to mention the spectacular veiw in the morning with the sunise.
This place felt home as soon as we walked in the door, we will definitely be staying again.

This house was incredible - the layout and amenities fantastic. And the outdoor fireplace area an absolute favourite place to hang out. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home for our family to stay in.

Great property, we all had our own room, two toilets, amazing kitchen, two TVs, so not everyone had to watch the Coronation. Warm and comfortable

We were able to enjoy this property when not sight seeing. It is warm and welcoming with plenty of areas to chill out. View over city and lake is mesmerising in the evening lights. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

3 double beds, 2 singles in one room, also pull out couch bed just off main bedroom.

Could sleep more than 8 no problem.
Only issue was very low water pressure in the shower 😔

We all enjoyed our stay but unfortunately did not get to enjoy the outside seating due to the rain. We did get 2 bbq’s but eat indoors. Had lots of fun on 2 spa visits and managed to do some of the touristy things without getting too wet. Marvellous house with everything you could desire.

Everything you need is in the house. Beautiful and spacious. Warm and comfortable. A home away from home. Sadly we didn't have the opportunity to try the sauna as we had quite a few outdoor activities planned. Thank you once again. I will definitely refer you to friends

This is a very clean and well-equipped home located in a great location for exploring the area and the surrounds. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area. Close to numerous grocery options and lots of opportunities for adventure.

Large spaces with all the extras , in a well maintained property. Outdoor area is a real asset , to complement the large lounge and kitchen area . We really enjoyed a couples weekend away

Perfect house for two families of four. Location is excellent, house was very clean, comfortable beds and excellent communication from the hosts at the time of booking.
The house is huge and the layout is perfect for two families. The outdoor seating and fireplace was great for relaxing at the end of a busy day.
