Breakfast was one of the better experiences I have had at a Holiday Inn Express. Having bacon available almost every day was a home run for me.

Cleaning maids REALLY need to turn on the shower and sink when they clean to see if they are draining properly. The shower in my room was completely clogged with a huge slimy ball of hair that I had to dig out before I could use the shower. Then the knob to turn the shower on was so loose that I thought it would just fall off while the shower was running. An extra 30 seconds of effort by the maids could have avoided this inconvenience.

Immaculate rooms, excellent staff. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. This is our number one choice when staying in Brantford . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful, and communicate with confidence.

They were fully booked on our next visit. Time for an expansion !!!

The only thing I can say is that air conditioner in our room sounded a little like a tractor, noise level a bit too high for my liking.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's right off the main highway and close to Brantford's major arterial streets. If you are looking to access the town or any surrounding routes elsewhere, this hotel is very well located for this purpose.

There was a surprise service charge of $75 on my credit card from the hotel, which they are dodging inquiries about. It's not the worst fee in the world but avoiding discussion on it feels underhanded.

Explain the requirement for a security deposit in advance. It was charged to my visa and I am expecting that the $75 will be refunded. This could result in being a hassle and inconvenience.
