Nice clean bungalow just off a side road, within walking distance of main road with all restaurants on.

Reception was super nice , booked massage for us and also let us take a shower in a spare room after checking out. Also location was great

Our room seemed a bit old , I would advise to book a superior / deluxe room , would be worth extra money but all in all good stay , you get what you pay for

The property is covered with lush green plants and trees that gives a very nature friendly vibe. Clean big pool, comfortable bed and the close proximity to lots of eating places, supermarket and cafes. The rooms are reasonably priced and we had an amazing 3 nights stay at this property.

Very good. Near restaurant and cafe and king Kong market is only 5 min walk. Great wifi with nexfiex .staff is always smiling face and helpful. Night market is 2.6KM away u can walk 30 min or take a grab only 30K Dong.

The location is good surrounding food and drink 5 min walk to King Kong supermarket Wifi is super fast.They have nexflix too They have a nice cafe out there try ban mi breakfast is super delicious. Staff is helpful and smiling face always

The pool was amazing!! And the location was great. Rooms were okay, the bed was comfortable however rooms could use some updating. There were water stains/mould on the walls and doors and the bathroom was quite old. Our shower also didn’t drain so the bathroom would flood every time we used it. However the pool made it all worth it, and it’s still a decent room and would be fine if you’re planning to spend most of your time outside.

The hotel has a boutique vibe and is not directly next to the street, which is an excellent point since it is much quieter. There are many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Great accessibility. From the hotel to the night market is only about 2km. The hotel staffs were super hospitable and helpful.

Great locations, lovely pool, clean and comfortable rooms.

Everthing is perfect and beyond our expectation! I have searched for many places before booking our stay at Philip. This place is definitely for someone who wants to enjoy the cozy, quite vacation but still in the heart of the city. We spend the whole day for travelling but evertime going back to Philip, we always feel like home. The room and especially bathroom are wonderfully spacious, decoration is simple but nice and bright. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My parents gave a lot of compliments when staying at Philip and already recommended it to their friends, worth every penny. Thanks Philip's team, can't wait to be back!

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, and so so peaceful. The swimming pool was perfect and the centre piece of the whole place. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff were so so friendly and would say hello every time they passed you, always smiling and so so accommodating. We were there over Tet holiday and they gave us little gifts of cookies and a card saying happy new year. It was so quiet and full of serenity, the location was perfect, 5 minute walk from Long Beach. The room was basic but so comfortable and they cleaned it every day if you liked, and changed the towels daily as well. There were also clean towels out by the pool daily as well that could be used as you liked. The staff looked after the place immaculately, cleaning it every day and watering all the plants! We asked them to book us a taxi to airport and they did with no issues, we asked where we could get ice, they went and got it for us and brought back two tall glasses as well, nothing was too much for them! They were very accommodating, I can't stress enough how lovely the staff are here! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, peaceful place. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Location is great. In the middle of town but private. Need to travel a while for tours and stuff (30mins+). Comfortable and clean. Pool was nice too. Great value.

Rented a bike, but it was a banger. Maybe try somewhere else instead. Beaches pretty far away, but for nightlife you're all set
