Location and view was amazing

Bed and sofa bed a little uncomfortable

The location is perfect and very close to all the main attractions, everything was within walking distance

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible even with no one else in the building we had very poor connection.

We spent 3 days in Segovia and the apartment was in a great location. The view of the Cathedral from the bed was amazing but do be prepared for alot of bells 😊 Segovia is a charming place and the apartment made for a great base.

We had only one issue, that the water in the shower was only lukewarm but because we were only there for a short stay we didn't contact Carlos. If you like you showers with hot water ask Carlos how to increase the setting 😃

Great location, new and clean, washing machine, nice shower, helpful host

The hot water didn’t work but the host came round and fixed it quickly. There are a big bossy signs everywhere saying that you have to find, and pay, for a locksmith to let you back in if you lock yourself out of the apartment. We did not lock ourselves out but the signs did not feel welcoming, customer focused or particularly polite.

So close to everything one wants to explore as a tourist. The manager and his wife were absolutely wonderful and responded to every communication we sent. They are great!

Not anyone’s fault, but I suspect they were renting the flat above us, not permanent neighbors upstairs...were very noisy walking about with loud shoes, talking extremely loud and had a crying baby for three days often till late at night. Walls not to thick. Ear plugs worked! Also need a fan for hot days.
