Breakfast was good. I would call it a Czech+ breakfast. They had a selection of CZ breads, rolls and cakes along with cold cuts and cheese. There was also a hot table with CZ sausages, eggs and beans.

A negative was that when the hotel is full there is not enough room for all to sit for breakfast. If you are an early riser this is not a problem

Adela and her team are great hosts. Every request especially when you travel with children have been taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was great and very tasty. Electric cars can be charged in the hotel parking lot free of charge. All in all a nice stay for business travellers and for pleasure as well :-) Keep it up !

No staff during check-in while the self check-in system was not functioning properly. We had to call the manager to sort it out for us. More payments at the site. Not only the local tax, but also the deposit which we didn't know about. Also the local tax had to be paid in EUR, not in local currency, which introduced unnecessary expense for exchange rate in my bank.

The Pytloun Design Self Check-in Hotel is a delightful place. We liked the "small inn feel", easy access and automated system. The breakfast was exceptional! It was so much bigger and fresher than we expected! Being an unmanned location we expected a very rudimentary continual breakfast, maybe a couple of pieces of fruit and some croissants. Instead we were surprised that the breakfast was started and they had an enormous array of items including hot eggs, sausage, and vegetables; oatmeal and a dozen choices for toppings; assorted breads and toppings; juices and a hot drink dispenser. My wife gave it a two thumbs up rating and a "I would definitely stay there again" vote.

The self check-in (even online in advance) required a 2€ fee but the system only accepts European cards, not USA bank cards. So we experienced a delay in getting in. But, thankfully, I dialed the office number and they took care of it quickly. Also, we could not get the radiator heater in our sleeping room to work but the blankets were very warm. That may have just unfamiliarity on my part since we don't have radiators like them where I live. The one in the bathroom worked fine and the room was not too cold in the morning despite the sub-zero temperature outside. All that too say those two things were minor compared to the overall very positive experience.

We had problems with the check-in, though the manager assisted us over the phone, so the problem was resolved quickly. The hotel has a private parking, that is also a plus. The bed in the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very decent.

Online check-in is a mess. we spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do, before finally gave a call to the manager to find out that the system got stuck. Also we had to pay 2000 CZK of a refundable deposit, though we were not informed about this deposit prior to the arrival. What if we didn't have that amount on our cards? Though the main disappointment was the room itself. On Booking it was mentioned that it is 20 m2 however the living area was hardy 10m2. The carpet was dusty. The fridge with the mini bar was full of water that probably appeared there because the fridge got defrosted. Still, the worst thing about the room was lack of heating (both in the room itself and in the bathroom). We had to sleep with the heads covered with blankets to get warm. On top of that, there were no slippers, so we had to go to the bathroom barefoot, though the floor was extremely cold. This is not the kind of experience you would expect from a 4-start hotel. Basically, I honestly doubt the 4-start status.

Beds are very comfortable. For a smaller sized hotel, breakfast is surprisingly good and varied.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Nice breakfast.

Our room was very noisy - we could hear people from other rooms, people in the corridors, people in the street... it was difficult to sleep properly. Parking is convenient, but the lot is small and there is not enough room for all the people staying at the hotel. It gets full quite quickly. The automatic checkin was quite impersonal.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. I had minor issues while checking in, but it was solved very easily, which I appreciated. I especially loved the prosecco for breakfast, ideal opportunity for mimosas.

The walls are super thin so I heard everything from the room above me. Like every step and movement. So that was the biggest issue, luckily I had earplugs (maybe offering them would partially solve the problem?) Also the location is quite far away form the center.

This lovely cosy hotel is situated in a quiet residential street not far from the city centre. It has free parking on site, but we didn’t use it as there were plenty of spaces to park on the street right outside the hotel. The building looks small on the outside, but it has lots of rooms and the breakfast room. It was quite busy while we were there, but we couldn’t hear our neighbors, it was lovely and quiet day and night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating: everyone: the manager and the waitresses. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows to chose from, some of them were filled with the softest down, which I haven’t come across yet on my travels and I consider it as a luxury bedding! The bathroom was lovely and warm and had everything you need: soft white towels and toiletries, including skin lotion and the vanity set. The breakfast was superb: a wide selection: including freshly prepared omelette, sausages and steamed vegetables! I highly recommend this hotel for great value for money! When we come back to Liberec, we’ll stay here again for sure!
