Located close to the center and to ADO to the terminal. Nice rather large swimming pool. Hot water with reasonnable pressure in the shower.

We had two rooms, one was fine, the second one had a licking air conditioning. Close to a night club rather noisy at night. Taps strangely located in the shower.

The best place in Playa del Carmen. Near Coco Bongo.

This hotel is awesome. Great location! Close to everything. Only a block from famous 5th avenue. The staff here are amazing especially Alberto!!! He is so helpful with anything we needed.

The location was excellent! The personnel was wonderful!

The wash basin was falling underneath, you had to get close to the wall to shower, not all the light switch were working . Dead roaches at the entrance of the room.

Cleaning staff and security (Alberto) were great! Very friendly and helpful.

The first welcome was terrible at reception. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Uninterested employee behind desk. Please teach this guy what hospitality is! Rest of staff perfect. Asked (same guy at front desk after check in) for room with fridge. However 70% of hotel was still available, there was not any possibility to change. Of course that can be policy or not possible but try to explain this to guest. Would have rate hotel higher when the experience with this guy was better.

Easy and friendly check in. Great location close to 5th Avenue and Coco Bongo but quiet at night. Super colorful and interesting design of the hotel representing the Mexican culture. Comfortable and clean beds. Swimming pool.

When we checked out we continued to use the pool for half an hour and despite our room still being empty and the cleaner had not yet visited.., we were not permitted to return to our room to use our (already used) bath towels.. we were travelling with our two babies.. The floor is tiled and very slippery when wet No hot water

Did not have a room with a balcony as advertised. Small fridge worked well, but there were no other supplies in the small kitchenette. Bathroom could use some updating.

Big room, clean and with a nice swimming pool outside in the hacienda. Very close to the center, the ferry and the bus station. Perfectly located when you don't have a car

So much art, the hotel is a work of art.

No microwave oven.

The hotel is in downtown Playa del Carmen. Its busy and there is a lot of noise until early morning, depends if you like that. Clean and tidy. Has a proper safety deposit box. hotel looks amazing, really vibrant. We were arriving late so they allowed us to check in later than the advertised time. The security guard at the front door was very nice and helpful.

The door to the room was open when we got there and the patio door didn’t lock at all. the door didn’t feel very secure.

Very unfriendly hotel staff, especially on reception. Had to ask 3 times before the room was made up at 3pm.

Right across from Coco Bongo, some noise on the weekends especially, but cant beat the location, all the restaurants , bars/clubs near by.
