We loved how warm and friendly our host Mary was. She was excellent at communicating with us and made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and clean.

The location is a bit secluded from restaurants or shops. You need a car to go into the next town for food or supplies.

What I liked most was the quality of the staff.

As a non driver, the difficulty of commuting between Ballycannon Lodge and Adare was tricky, but the staff was even helpful in this regard.

Clean and comfortable room, plenty of parking space, beautiful garden centre with a cafe/restaurant on site, staff were very helpful and friendly, good wi-fi on site and bedroom was spacious to allow for laptop/study space.

No problems with the accommodation, high standard throughout

Staying here was a delight. Amazing value for money compared to other places on our mulitstop trip, it was just what we needed to relax and reset. The room was immaculate, so clean and comfortable, with loads of space and basically a full lounge suite of our own. The staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and accommodating in every way. We loved popping over to the garden centre and ate at the gorgeous cafe every day, which is rum by the same people and equally friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Bit noisy beside busy road but no fault of the property.
