The hotel is attached to what appears to be an Olympic caliber training center. The rooms were modern and clean. There is a tram stop right outside the front of the center. The pool(s) were amazing, the kids enjoyed jumping off the high dive platform.

It was a long walk from the registration desk to the rooms. Also the only rooms available were for two people so my family of four had to get seperate rooms. They did put us close together, but I would have liked having a single room. These issues would not prevent me from staying there again.

Frühstück war sehr gut! Hotellage fanden wir auch gut. Die Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön und gemütlich.

Restaurantküche könnte etwas länger auf sein.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht.

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer lief durchgehend. Das Problem konnte man am Abend nicht mehr beheben, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Auf dem Bett waren überall dunkle Haare, das war sehr ekelhaft. Auf meine Beschwerde am morgen, verwies man mich auf die Email Adresse. Nach zwei E-Mails, vertröstete man mich bis nach den Feiertagen zu warten. Nach Weihnachten und Silvester schrieb ich erneut. Nach erneuter Kontaktaufnahme dann eine Rückmeldung. Man bedauere die schlechte Erfahrung und bot einen Rabatt beim nächsten Mal an oder Wellnesszugang. Ein nächstes Mal wird es für mich definitiv nicht geben 135€ für ein Zimmer mit solchen Mängeln und so einem schlechten Service. Als Gast fühlte ich mich nicht gut aufgehoben.

Cet hôtel est situé au cœur du complexe sportif luxembourgeois D'Coque dans un quartier d'affaires ultra moderne. Que dire ? Vous arrivez directement sur un vaste parking (12 € jour) avant de rejoindre l'accueil de l'Hôtel. Le Personnel est extrêmement sympathique et vous explique comment vous retrouver dans ce vaste dédalle (piscines, salles de sport, mur d'escalade, piste d'athlétisme, terrain basket, hand , badminton, tatamis de judo etc.. le tout en indoor) . Ensuite vous regagnez la partie hôtel où le calme règne en maître. Grandes chambres, propres, modernes . Un seul petit bémol très subjectif les matelas trop mous et les oreillers trop durs. Une grande salle de bains. Bref un lieu parfait . Pour rejoindre la vieille ville de luxembourg ? Le tram gratuit et régulier (une belle surprise), devant l'hôtel . Pour diner ? aussi bien dans l'hôtel que dans les multiples restaurants aux alentours (à pied) . et enfin le petit déjeuner ? un délice .. du chaud , du froid, du sucré , du salé , du pain des viennoiseries, du saumon, du lard, des oeufs ou du miel ..tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour bien commencer la journée

The area is quiet and spacious, close to center, clean and the staff was friendly

Breakfast was very poor, the beds were two singles instead of one double and they were not comfortable, also the reception is too far away from the hotel area the place does not really feel like a hotel. Did not get a cosy feeling.

Very friendly staff!! Kid friendly environment, within walking distance is a big playground, highly recommend!! The tram station is at the front entrance, very easy to reach everywhere!!

Would be nice if the guidance sign to the visitor more clearly, took us 20 mins to find the reception.

Loved the location and using the pool. Very nice hotel. I've stayed here before. It's a bit tricky to go to the rooms as this is a huge venue. I hope to come back again.

The room was nice and quiet! I felt safe and comfortable on my first night in the city, the country, and the continent! The staff were friendly and helpful in getting everything sorted out for my stay. There is a common space so I imagine during events at the pool it might be a bit louder. The breakfast was spectacular, 10 out of 10

There was body wash, but they did not provide any shampoo and/or conditioner. I thought at first that maybe it was a difference between Canadian hotels and Luxembourgish hotels, but since then I've been at a few hotels in both Luxembourg and Belgium and they all have provided those so far.

The room

The strange location. I had to take tram by the station coque and the access as a pedestral is very complicated from the boulevard, even if the distance is short on the map.

everything was correct, clean and practical, the breakfast was ok.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was a good size and the breakfast was tasty. I didn't use them put it looked like there was a pool table and nice indoor seating areas.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I struggled to get to sleep then woke with a stiff neck. Don't expect separate shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, although there is a generic soap/bodywash/shampoo dispenser. My taxi driver could not find the hotel as it is not obvious from the street - there is a sign but it is set back and not visible in the dark. The hotel is part of the sports complex, which can look like it is closed if you arrive at night.

Best value available. Pretty good breakfast. comfortable room.

Very random setup. Not your standard hotel. Overpriced for what it is. But of course Luxembourg is generally expensive.

The swimming pool was overwhelming, you don't always stay at a hotel with an olympic swimming pool. The breakfast was great, above the average of the hotels where I usually stay. The scrambled eggs were fantastic!
