la persona de la recepcion es una persona extraordinaria, es una persona de la tercera edad, super amable, excelente su atencion y se esfuerza en atenderte en tu idioma (español) a pesar de el ser italiano

no es relacionado al hotel, sino a que las calles estan en obras municipales y hay mucho ruido por la misma razon

Chazmbre avec un parquet ce qui au delà de l'esthétique est plus sain qu'une moquette. L'ensemble est un peu vieillot mais avec le charme du beau vieillot. Le personnel a été très attentionné. Un bémol sur le petit déjeuner, où on peut trouver l'essentiel mais pour les oeufs vous les prenez tels qu'on vous les sert: brouillés, on ne vous demande pas votre avis. sinon il vous reste les oeufs à la coque froid du buffet.

The manager is extremely nice person. Very welcoming, kind and polite. The Hotel is comfortable, and it looks like you have dived into 1960’s! It is charming!

The room was extremely small, and we could barely move around inside. The room also lacks a mini-bar, for people to use it at discretion.

Tutto ,la gentilezza, la cortesia, la pulizia e la cordialità unica del sig.Gianni che ha sempre una parola simpatica per tutti ed in tutte le lingue del mondo. Posizione comoda alla stazione anche se un pochino distante dal centro , ma in fondo vado sempre per lavoro . Comunque a piedi massimo 1 km e si è in piena boulevard royal . È il mio hotel di riferimento ormai e, devo dire, ne ho provati molti in città del Lussemburgo. Simpaticissimi anche i due cagnolotti :)

Es war alles hervorragend. Tolles Hotel und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber und gute Lage in Luxemburg-City.

Séjour très court pour le travail mais chambre très confortable et calme et salon accolé au restaurant très appréciable (nourriture très bonne et personnel super gentil).

Prima hotel op centrale locatie. Goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Mooi entree en oude elementen in de publieke ruimten. Bed lag lekker (goed matras).

Kamer was wat gedateerd en saai ingericht. Geen beschikking over een douche. Alleen een bad. Ontbijt was prima van kwaliteit, maar weinig bijzonder. Niet wat ik in 4 sterren hotels gewend ben.

Das Hotel ist von 1932 und liebevoll restauriert. Die Zimmer haben Echtholzparkett und neue Bäder. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Empfang ist herzlich.

Es hat uns alles gefallen.

the property is very outdated and rooms are much smaller than they appear in the listing photos. housekeeping staff was plain rude.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff has been great! Also a very convenient location - close to the train station and the city center reachable by foot or by tram in a couple of minutes.

I encountered issues with room allocation. When I arrived they gave me a key to a room that has already been occupied and due to the mix-up I was put in a different room in a private part of the hotel. The room has been amazing, however, certain miscommunication between staff members must have occurred which resulted in someone walking into my room after midnight when I was sleeping, which was a pretty scary experience. However, the hotel handled it very well, apologised several times and offered a complementary breakfast. If not have had this a bit scary experience, my stay at the hotel would be a great experience.

A beautiful hotel, the background music in the lobby was so perfect. The older man on Reception, I think he was the owner, was always there to offer advice and be helpful. The hotel looked well, the room was fabulous and there was plenty of food for breakfast. Highly recommended

Cosy, clean and friendly place. Delicious Breakfast buffet. Good location near the central train station. The perfect "home base" when checking out Luxembourg city and the beautiful country side. Very nice and helpful staff! Thanks a lot, I'll be back!

The location is very good and the bed very comfortable.

The doors have an automatic door closer which makes some doors to slam as people were not careful. Initially i was placed in a room that had no internet and the room telephone was not working. After complaining to the front desk I was moved to a dif room.

the room next to mine was under construction. the noise woke me the next day.
