Even though I was a bit skeptical (I've seen pretty bad reviews), I was pleasantly surprised by the employees and the place itself. Clean, very nicely located, friendly staff.

Some rooms have a common balcony, which is not necessarily a problem, but I wasn't warned.

It is now the second time that breakfast was not ready at 7am as advertised. And very unfriendly.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The overall design of the hotel is quite nice. Location is excellent. Breakfast is great.

There were renovations going on in some of the guest rooms. Twice I had to call because it was too loud to take a noon nap, there was drilling from the left side and hammering on top of the room. My complaint was, however, immediately considered and the noise stopped.

Central location without being loud at night. The staff was friendly. It is nice to stay in a small hotel that does not feel so compact.

The room was on the street side, which became loud after around 7:00 in the morning. In the summer, the room gets hot and you have to open the windows, which unfortunately increases loudness.

bathroom from last century also not super clean. understand that renovation tales time but bathroom had nothing in common woth pictures from hotel in general.

Hot and humid with no ac. Having a fan in the room to move the air would have made a big improvement to the comfort of the room. Breakfast was good and staff was great.

Air conditioner or fan to improve room temperature needed.

I feel that more should be done with towels ,as they look awful and my hear dryer was not working .It was not perfectly cleaned also.Hear and dust in bathroom .

The service was good, friendly and helpful. Regarding the room, the matress was good, the bathroom as well, and in general the hotel has a new and modern decoration.

Rooms have no fridge inside, and they lack some additional lighting, sheets and better covers.

Free Wifi worked well. Mattrass was brand new and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Hotel has a nice style.

Hardly recognizable from outside as a hotel. No signs. Looks very nice, but completely different than on the photo. Check in was via phone after 6pm without prior notice. Quite confusing if you're not even sure to be in the right place at all. Super small room, although I booked earlier than my colleague, possibly due to booking via booking.com instead of directly. Shower drain wasn't working. There was a small filthy disconnected fridge in the room
