Clean rooms, helpful staff & just an all round fun experience
Nothing :)
4.5
Pokoje delux były piękne, w barach super obsługa, przepiękne widoki i super baseny
Was vrij gehorig.

The apartment was pretty big.
It was really dirty and ful of trash everywhere, streets, pools, rooms. There was also bad smell occasionally. I think it was the worst hotel we have ever been. It would be much nicer if they cleaned properly and more often.
3.0
Good location, great choice of pools
Not enough staff, long ques for food and drink, dirty pool areas with lots of rubbish lying around
0.5
Unfortunately there was nothing good
Unclean bathroom with hairs from previous family all on the shower screen and floor.
Dirty towels with blood stains
Unclean floor with plastic wrappers and other rubbish about from previous people
Electrics were unsafe. Lights flickering on and off through the night

Clean sheets and comfortable bed
Guests left the place very dirty. They had no respect from cleanliness.
It wasn’t very inclusive - kids didn’t meet anyone from Ireland.
We had to change rooms as to balcony door and safe box were broken and location was too noisy.
Air conditioning broke down the two exceptionally hot days we were there.
I would hope for some monetary compensation but really don’t expect this would ever happen from a place like this.
1.5
The swimming pool and the water slide
The room is not clean and the cleaning staff can not speak English or another language just Spanish.

Stayed in Fedra 1. 218. Quite a fresh apartment with a huge balcony. Good little fridge and life saving aircon. The slides for the kids are really good as are the park areas. Nice little funfair and it was great to see when it got windy one night all staff ran towards and large inflatable to get everyone off instantly and deflate it as it started moving in the strong winds.
As fresh and clearly new as it was there was a hole on the wall in the bathroom, a hole on the roof corner of the bathroom and a switch hanging off the wall in the living room. The mosquitoes as mentioned by everyone are horrific in the area. The pools supposedly shut at 6pm but all that means is the lifeguards finish. The slides are turned off. No barriers go up around pools resulting in people being in the water in the pitch black and no one cares. Kids bed wasn’t made up and sheets for it just about hidden. Heard numerous people during the week complaining about it. We sorted ours no bother but I think people expect it made or it at least clear there’s sheets and pillows for it. House keeping only twice in a week and second time had ran out of towels.
5.0
attraction for kids, food
some bridges between pool and islands asking for service,
not enough security around pools to keep needs away from drunk people ( if adults want drink alcohol around pool they should be relocated to one of pool faraway from children’s. During my staying I had to ask adults for not living drinks around pool if they don’t want to drink they should put it in to a bin) it was really frustrating this should be security work
they should be more rules about what’s can do and what’s cannot do at pool.

I had a wonderful one bedroom apartment in Fedra II. It looked like it had been newly refurbished. It was very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good and offered a great variety.
On arriving at reception I had to walk to the other end of the resort. Pulling a suitcase was not ideal. A golf cart to assist would have been ideal but a minor issue which didn't affect my stay.

Modern design
Car is needed every time we wanted to go for a walk or eating as there are a lot of buildings and they are far from the town.
Poor shower design, always water outside the bathroom.

the entertainment area is dirty and smelly the tables are disgusting didn’t even want to my drink on them

the room was spacious and nicely set up for all of us! nice set up!
all of our seem to have all come back we bites all over our body’s. the rest of the group we travelled with, who were staying in various different rooms across the club, didn’t have bites like ours. we are wondering if it was something to do with our room.

On the 2nd of April we checked in at the Bellevue Club hotel in Alcudia, Mallorca. We had booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, each for 2 people, plus an extra bed in the living room. I repeat bed not sofa.
When we got to the room assigned to us at check in, we were faced with several problems:
1: The room was not the same as advertised online, being visibly older and in clearly worse condition.
It was dirty, with a lot of dust on the floor and furniture, something that we consider unacceptable since the hotel opened on the 1st of April, so cleanliness should have been ensured.
2: The balcony protection was broken, constituting a danger in itself, aggravated by the fact that the glass was on the floor, with shattered pieces and nails scattered across the floor (see attached photo) constituting a serious cut/injury hazard.
3: The fifth bed was actually a couch that wasn't even made. The sheets were left folded on top of it for us (guests) to make the bed. This is not only unheard of for me but almost anecdotal.
Faced with this situation, we decided to go to the hotel reception to explain the problem and request a change to a clean and safe room, but also in accordance with what was advertised on the website.
We were told that they could only change us to an exactly similar room as ''it was the room we paid for'' despite it not being the same as advertised.
Here, we were dealing with a case of false advertising, which is illegal in Spain and in Europe.
However, as our priority was safety and comfort, we accepted the room offered to us.
Imagine our astonishment when, upon entering said room, we found it to be occupied by other guests (a fact later confirmed by the reception staff).

1. Receptionist Noel was very nice and friendly once we got to check in.
2. Room was new - but clearly building had been rushed to open.
3. First evening dinner was nice, but then it seemed like it was the same/similar stuff every time had lunch or dinner.
4. Pool area was nice for children and the parks for playing.
5. General location and setting was pretty
I didn't like:
1. Extremely long line to get checked in, waited about 45 min.
2. Put on third floor with an 8 month old baby and three year old with lift out of use. Asked to move at reception they said no, it would be fixed. It never was. We had to climb the stairs with the push chair, baby and three year old each time we entered/left the room. Feder lll
3. First night very cold, no air con and insufficient blankets. Second night was working.
4. Again, to get a drink with all inclusive every time the line took 30-45 munutes. At the pool bar and at the children's disco. My partner missed the whole thing as he was in the line waiting to get a drink, line was about 50m. Just one person serving drinks.
5. Shower overflowing the bathroom. Was nearly under the apartment front door. Need three towels to try soak up the water.
6. No house keeping at all. No new towels and no bins emptied (not sure if this is the norm).
7. Live wires exposed from the terrace window and bedroom window.
8. Paid all inclusive for whole family but you can't get bottled water ... No food options for 8 month old baby, had to buy baby food on the on site spa.
9. Experience in the dinning room was always kaotic, particularly the final morning. We lined up for breakfast for 30 mins!
10. Apartment so far away from reception and dinning room. Thank god we took our car, first day was 10-15 min walk.
11. Balcony door and window do not lock. As

The fridge in my room didn't work
4.0
The pool was nice with a nice view
The breakfast was delicious
The views from balconies or around the place are pretty nice
It’s located near shops and restaurants
They have nice games to play there
The room (deluxe room) basically wasn’t that good .. it wasn’t clean, and even when we asked to clean it, it wasn’t cleaned properly .. there was even someone’s else hair on the floor when we arrived and still there after cleaning
The phone and the safe weren’t working .. we asked them to fix the phone .. they promised.. but wasn’t fixed
We had two separate beds .. it’s nicer to have big ones for such rooms
The elevator had a button broken, so everyone had to put a finger inside to press it

Plenty of swimming pools and sun loungers. Our room was very clean and modern, perfectly situated to all amenities.
The mosquitoes are a problem in the area.
4.0
The room was great value for money and the complex is huge with loads of places to explore. Also just a 5 minute walk from the beach with the cheapest souvenir shops in the entire island. Free parking inside the complex. The room was well lit and spacious.
Lots of noise and people talking in the corridors. Door was almost coming off its hinges. Having to pay for wifi in 2022 is ridiculous, let alone having to pay 5e PER DEVICE! PER DAY! And no remote.. You have to pay 10€ for the remote. People in the reception act as if they're doing you a favor.

Everything is on site perfect for families a short 5 min walk to the beach
At night the lift doors slamming or exit doors slamming every time someone entered
2.5
Good location, parking, pools
Missing basic kitchen equipment, no knife to slice bread.
