Our 4 day stay was just excellent! First of all a big thank you to every employee (receptionist, everybody at breakfast, the gardener etc.) at the hotel! Always with a smile, helpful and kind! My daughter still tells everybody about the ships Artemis made for her with the sheets. The breakfast was one of the best we had in a greek Hotel! Fresh made omelette, pancakes or any other egg creation! The cakes and all the sweets were delicious! The location and the view may be one of the best on the island. And finally the buffet at the wedding reception was DELICIOUS!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If I had to mention one thing it would be the pillows. A little too hard 😉

Our second stay here. Staff welcomed us like family. Very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfasts: varied and plenty of choices. Loved the pool.

Poor internet connection. Sometimes unavailable all day. Pool safety notices need to be in German as many guests ignored them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Covid 19 precautions were taken seriously. Felt safe. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Loved the location overlooking Kokkari. Beautiful swimming pool. Nicely kept grounds. Friendly bar with snacks at lunch time.

Bathroom facilities a bit dated. Would always prefer a walk in shower. Internet connection was a bit spasmodic/ sometimes non-existent.

The location is excellent for beautiful beaches and the town of Kokkari where there are many good restaurants and shops. It's a brief walk down to 2/3 beaches, although there is also a shuttle bus if you are unable to walk easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the ladies on reception were very kind, the bus driver came back to collect us when the bus was full and the guy at the bar was totally lovely! The Greek evening was excellent regarding both food and entertainment.

The food could have been slightly better(breakfast) although is was adequate and the Greek evening was excellent. Breakfast became quite monotonous and the some of the dishes need more explanation. There were names on a few but not all the dishes and I heard many visitors asking staff for explanations, which was a hassle for staff. We organised the car hire through the hotel so that the car would be delivered to us but you might like to find your own supplier - the car was in bad condition and you can easily walk down to Kokkari to collect the car.
