That the gym and sauna wasn't open. Would have been better if they let us know ahead as we booked for all the extras you can do there. Also that the pastries were burnt. We paid the price for all the amenities there to use. If they are unavailable because of repairs or other maintenance then the facility should reduce the price paid. They shouldn't be charging the full amount. 10/10 for staff though.

Receptionist was most helpful and awesome. Bar staff very informative, friendly went out of her way to help as well as the Receptionist. Handy as location, definitely coming back...

Breakfast Restaurant Staff who were very helpful & welcoming.

Nil Wifi Connection & staff said they could not fix it on the weekend night, annoying as this was why I made the booking online & went there to get some peace & quite so I could do some computer work. Plus... Loud banging & thumping noises from upstairs room patrons until 2am in the morning.

Breakfast was nice, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of food. Very nice staff in the breakfast restaurant and they we happy to try to find dairy free milk and olive oil (as they didn't actually have Any allergy free - Gluten free or Dairy free options for bread, margarine or milks out on the buffet). We managed to get some fried eggs cooked and some olive oil and almond milk for the cereal (this they did have GF). But not GF bread - I found that surprising. I left something in the room and the house keeping reported it to reception and I will get it back. The staff tried to fix any issues that arose and had a good attitude. The best are comfortable - water pressue in the shower is great.

When we chose our room on booking.com we paid more for a room with Garden/pool view. Aparently this didn't get passed on the reception as they tried to put us in a room facing the parking spaces and other buildings instead. I let her know what I'd booked and she did her best to change this room the one with a garden view - said the booking had no notes of this The restaurant was closed during the day when we went to get lunch due to a private function and lack of staffing. This was very disappointing. We were starving and there was no mention of this huge inconvenience as we were checking in. There was a private function the music went well past 10pm which I thought would be the cut off for noise from the band. It was really loud. Hard to sleep and with children quite frustrating.

Rooms were very clean, staff were pleasant and the restaurant was amazing

The bed was uncomfortable and for how big the shower was kind of needs a rain shower

Loved the pancake

We went to have breakfast around 8;30am and everything was nearly gone and we had to eat what was left and could eat things we missed..

Well priced, with great parking. The restaurant offers room service which came promptly and was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was a bit stuffy smelling. The bathroom smelt bad, like a public toilet. Maybe a better clean or better cleaning products needed.

Only 1 thing couldn't find a hair dryer, but has everything else, suppose I could of asked reception for one.
