The location is perfect, both for the porcelain works and for the historic centre. There seems to be plenty of parking and the overall feel is very welcoming. What is especially nice is that the prices charged for the self-service beer etc. are very fair - no heavy mark-up. Breakfast was good and very plentiful (although I usually like to choose the meats and cheeses myself, the ready-prepared plate offered an enormous selection). Beautifully presented bowls of fresh fruit. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

The only minus was the shower! The cubicle was OK (although it could have been bigger), but somehow the pipework and taps were in the wrong place, so that I kept bumping them and turning the water off! Also the shower tray was clearly on a slope... Finally, I'd just say that the fittings in the shower didn't seem sufficiently robust for a hotel - OK for a house, but a little bit flimsy. I wonder how long they will last...

The room and the facilities were clean and spacious, so we had all the comfort we needed. The owners and the staff were really nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The accommodation is located near the city center so we could walk everywhere.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the old town, less than a minute from the porcelain museum. Big room, simple but clean and comfortable. Great LED reading lamp with USB socket for phone charger by the bed. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking.

Some noise from nearby train and street. Communication only in German.

Close to the city centre, nice garden, very good breakfast.

They don´t accept payment cards eventhough they have it on the profile on booking.com and I had to use my card for booking. But finally the accepted only cash :-) They should change information about that to stop confusing people. Furthermore we were forced to have a breakfast at 8 a.m. because of some covid regulations that people must go for breakfast individually but at the end the breakfast room was full of people anyway.

The breakfast was really nice and the ladies serving it were very friendly. The staff was overall friendly and helpful.

The bed had separation in the middle, like 2 single beds that are attached. It wasn't the most comfortable.

Very clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast. Wine and beer available in the 'living room' for a small fee. Next to the famous Porzellan-Manufaktur (a must for your visit) and at walking distance to all old town sights and restaurants. Less than 10 min to the Meissen Altstadt train station.

The current corona instructions should have been followed more carefully and with proper seriousness. This dropped my overall score from excellent to good.

Even a late checkin was possible - thanks for that! The rooms are kinda big, comfy and wifi was great. You are also sleeping next to the Porzellan Manufaktur, so, if you are planning a visit, it is just around the corner. Breakfast was plentiful and the host was nice too.

Lovely pension an easy walk into town, for many restaurants just 10 mins away. Good breakfast with lots of choice. As small "honestly" bar in the lounge.

My room was at the back near a cobbled road. The cobbles are lose , so a bit of noise in the morning.
