- It says that the rooms are sound proof but not - the bed is a little dirty when we lift the sheet - Shower drain doesn’t work that well

Przy strumieniu w dolnej części hotelu trochę bałagan i starych, popsutych rzeczy. Myślę że gdyby właściciel obiektu zadbał o lepszą jakość tej części było by bardzo miło posiedzieć tam czas i się zrelaksować przy szumie strumyka, drzew i śpiewu ptaków 😉😊.

- The outside rooftop pool was very nice - The location is great, only 15min walk to the centre of Karpacz or a 3min drive - The rooms were clean and spacious - Hotel was very pet friendly - There was a lovely manager lady!

- We had a very rude man at the reception when checking in. He was very harsh and not helpful. We had a booking for 4 people and my partner tried to check in but he didn’t allow him to, so I did it personally. Then there was a mix up with the rooms on the hotels side and he was very rude and gave out to my partner. The rest of the staff were great.

Great and rich breakfast, spacious and comfortable room (category premium lux), friendly and helpful staff, nice spa included in the room rate. We appreciated checkout at 12am and good location - walking distance to the centre of Karpacz and starting point for nature walks. We will definitely return.

Nothing, only the spa is quite small but although we stayed at the hotel during weekend, it was not overcrowded. Bed in the premium room category was quite uncomfortable so we changed the room for a little surcharge to premium lux (I recommend the higher room category)

Beautiful place, the building is in a very good condition. Parking at the property. Walking distance to the city center. The pool area is really great, very beautiful man made cave with all the ambiance lights. Room was big and we get one with door access to the external balcony (where they have the external pool) instead of a window. Breakfast full of options and everything tasted good, very nice hotel!

They could put some work checking the bathrooms, our shower was not working properly and after showering there was water everywhere (the box is not properly sealed). The big big minus for this place was charging 20zl to use the snooker room. The snooker's table top is destroyed (close to where the white ball suppose to start). If you are charging to use something, I expect it to be in perfect conditions and this is clearly not the case.

The waiters are ought to clean the tables at breakfast or dinner. They tend to clean up the table before we are finished. Today the waiter wanted to take away my full cup of hot chocolate

The rooms were spacious, clean. Spa was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty. Reasonable prices.

Staff could speak Czech as far as many guests are Czechs, but they spoke some English. Very low wifi speed.

perfekt location, staff and wellness

The gardens and it’s condition was amazing. The property lies alongside small mountain stream which is was just fabulous to fall asleep and wake up to this amazing sound. the SPA facilities were amazing and opened till 23:00 which was fantastic to use after the whole day hiking in the mountains. the infinity pool was great to relax in the water whilst breathing a fresh air

sadly the room we stayed in was different ( in terms of equipment and decorations) to the one displayed on booking during making a reservation, this was slightly disappointing at first, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Room could be cleaner. Mattress with massive yellow stain right in the middle. Tiny jacuzzi in the spa area. Room lacking fridge, iron and board.

Beautiful hotel/resort, nice on the outside, great garden, pretty on the inside. Awesome outdoor swimming pool, warm, clean and comfy. Most staff members are friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant very tasty, a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet. Area around the hotel is good, quiet. Very nice resort to stay with a dog. Rooms are well decorated and quiet. View is pretty. Parking is good and safe.

Indoor swimming pool and spa area outdated, but okay. Some staff members should be replaced, also the management and service level should be improved to western standards. When something is wrong, just fix it as soon as possible, be friendly and listen to your guests... The old style rooms should be renovated. The new style rooms need attention too (not working lights, fungus in the bathroom, not clean under the bed, etc.).

overall lack of management of facility - cleanliness in the rooms is a disaster - old napkin under bedside table, dust. remote was missing, they didn’t act on it.
