The hotel has a car park and is close to the bus stop for San Sebastián centre. It was clean with plenty of hot water. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough to keep anyone going all day. Overall good value for the location. I would stay here again.

The air conditioning in our bedroom was pre-set at 22 degrees but ineffective. Our room was a bit tired.

Nice clean hotel and room, we were on the first floor so no great view although it did have a balcony, the breakfast was nice. It was a relatively short walk to the beach and other nice areas of San sabastian.

It was just a 20-minute walk from the centre of San Sabastian and 5 minute taxi back

the fact that there was no bar, but when the city was so close it wasn't a big thing

Great secure parking. Comfortable clean room with great shower and little fridge which was a bonus. Friendly helpful staff. Gave lots of tips for the city including buses as it was raining hard.

Road noise didn’t bother us but there was a bit of noise from other noisy guests.

Everything is perfect!

Good location and free, private, parking. A 20 minute walk to the beach and another 10 to the old town. The bus stop is just outside if you don't fancy a walk but they don't allow dogs if it's in handbag-size. Breakfast was good for being in Spain on a budget.

You can hear absolutely everthing through the walls. In the corridor you can hear everything from any room on your floor. Our room was very small and it faced the mainroad which is quite busy. Ask for a room facing the parking or bring earplugs.

Reasonably priced hotel with clean room.

No bar or food available and no bars or restaurants local to hotel. When you've just arrived after a 600 mile drive this was not good.

There is no restaurant or breakfast included. Departure time is very bad. It should have been at least 12 o'clock.

The room was adequate, very clean but showing signs of wear and tear. The bed comfortable but a bit too soft for my liking. There is plenty of parking at no extra cost. The best was the staff, super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good as well.

Nice clean hotel in a very good location, 20 mins walk into town or you can catch the bus or train.

It would be nice to have had a kettle in the room, though coffee and tea making facilities were provided, next to the reception.

Spacious room with a small fridge and hotel parking area. There is a bus stop close by but we walked into town - only 20 minutes. The guest lounge next to reception with vending machines, a coffee machine and comfy seating was a lovely surprise.

Very hilly website had wrong address on it. Room needed a bit of TLC, wallpaper pealing and signs of mold.
