La ubicación, cochera y el trato del personal es excelente.

Tudo muito bom, o hotel é Muito bem constituído uma decoração fina, tem Boas camas , bons quartos , o dono está ali na recepção coordenando tudo para os hóspedes serem bem atendidos ,

Somente acho que o Café da manhã poderia ser melhor apresentado , o hotel tem condições , mas de todas maneiras , não foi ruim !

Upon arrival they have it cordoned off so you can't go to the front desk because of "COVID". Front desk staff literally walks out to where you are and stands right next to you. Completely ridiculous. They're exchange rate is terrible so you pay more than your booking reservation. When I arrived the room that he took me to was nothing like the room I had booked. I booked and paid for an executive suite with a kitchenette. I even showed him the booking. It very clearly said kitchenette and microwave. This was a plain small hotel room with a tiny bathroom. Not a suite in any sense of the word. I checked everything and the sliding glass door would not lock. I asked front desk to come look at it and the boy told me it was no problem that I should leave it open. I said as a solo single traveler traveling alone and with the hotel across from a very loud bar I did not feel comfortable with the door that did not close. He said he was going to have to check with the manager. Now this was at 10:30 at night when I was exhausted and wanted to go to sleep. I waited for a while and finally called again and they begrudgingly moved me to a lower floor with a louder room. This was also a small room with no mini bar that was stated, no kitchenette, no microwave, nothing. The hotel is right across from an extremely loud bar and Street and both nights I was up until well past 3:00 a.m. due to the insane amount of noise coming from across the street. The first morning as I had gotten it very late and could not sleep until while past 3:00 due to the noise I came down a little after 10:00 and they told me breakfast was over and I could not get any. Even though I told them why I was late. I finally got them to give me coffee but that was it. No breakfast that I had already paid for even though it was supposed to be included. The second night was just as bad. Massive amounts of music and noise until all hours of the night. Impossible to sleep.

Stuffs are very cheerful and helpful. Good security as well, the location is not bad for moving around even if it is not center of the city. The restaurant s were many around the hotel.

The laundry was very expensive. Coffee taste not good.
