the breakfast was lovely evening meals were also nice. My room was gorgeous and spacious . Will be coming back in September, My room was always cleaned and also the bed was made everyday

It is excellent location as I have family that live in San Giovanni Rotondo and seeing the new Padre Pio Church in Capuccine. Also visiting my grandparents tomb. Lovely restaurants and not to mention the pastries and ice cream were amazing. The food in the hotel was very good too. We will definitely be coming back.

Is a good hotel with good facilities and very nice staff. Is not luxury but everything is perfectly ok. The pool is nice and you can use it on summer.

It is not really a problem but something very tipical in Italy. The breakfast is not that good. Is not as bad as a "colazione dolce" but it is not that much different.

Hotel dated and crowded

The Breakfast was great, swimming pool and gardens were fabulous. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Easy parking.

Room was a bit small and location was up a steep winding road.

I liked the service of the front desk. He was very polite and helpful during our stay.

On our floor which is the 2nd floor. the room are were so noisy that one time my husband woke up at around 10:30pm people shouting, running and fighting. I think the management need to do something about this. Another one is the ladies who clean the room i ask for 5 minutes so that we could get our stuff and go out so they could could clean and she had a face that she doesn't like it!
