Location, facilities, staff, room, dinner and breakfasts, value for money, but location was perfect for a short teo night stay in Lleida.

The restaurant was closed until noon so breakfast was in one of several restaurants nearby. We ate there the night before. As usual, the food was great, excellent wine list, service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

The room safe was too small and was not attached to anything. The door rattled with the wind. The end window on right in the lounge would not close properly.

The suite is beautiful. Very large, amazing view and located right in the historic centre.

Perfect, quiet location in the corner of the main Plaza Mayor, with several outdoor restaurants serving delicious meals close by. Very comfortable, quite spacious room with lovely old world styling, and a comfortable downstairs sitting room. We had a lovely window view of the surrounding hills. Ample parking was available in the public car park some distance from the plaza, with access into the plaza to drop off and pick up luggage possible in the mornings only.

Very quiet and comfortable, lots of character.

Parking a bit of a walk from the hotel. But you can drop off bags by the door nearly so not the end of the world.
