it’s a great location

Very limited service: no breakfast served, no laundry service, no ironing , ironing board , no room refrigerator, my room was too small for what I paid for, the cost of an hotel room should be based on the service provided on on the season.

Very clean room sheets& towels, decent size room for 1 person. Comfortable bed, I slept very well.Good location of the hotel, travelled alone and felt safe all the time.

it has all the amenities you will need. good wifi, AC is great esp during the heatwave of Italy. they clean the rooms everyday and change the towels. perfect location as it’s near the train station plus many restaurants nearby. great plaza infront of the hotel as well. Great stay overall! 😊

Though the facilities were fine in general, it's expensive. The price could be for a better hotel in the city with breakfast included.

They joined two single beds together ehich kept on getting dettached from eqch other, make a hole in the center. That really nothered us and we had to keep on getting up to try to put them back together.

Great location near one of the main train stations in Genoa and pretty close to main attractions in the city. Friendly staff. Rooms cleaned every day.

There were some communication difficulties as some employees didn't speak English too well, but still everything turned out well in the end.

We stayed only for the night, but everything went smooth and simple. Reception was open until late at night and we could check in after 11PM. The guy at the reception was really helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and pretty spacious, but we were not looking for a big room. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was available, but we didn't have the chance to use it, as we left in the morning. Nearby there are some restaurants and a nice food market. Overall a very good experience with this hotel, which we would definitely recommend at least for transit. Based on the impression that we got, we think that at least 2 - 3 days stay here would be very fine.
