What a charming place to stay! The cottage was a dream - wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings in the bedroom, private canal side garden, lovely courtyard, amazing views. Quiet save the crazy ducks on the canal! Location was perfect on a side street but only blocks from the city center. Take the owner's recommendations on restaurants in the provided book. Our favorite meal of the trip was suggested there. Breakfast was delicious and worth the extra expense. Kind staff. Would absolutely stay again!

If you have mobility issues, the cottage is not for you as the spiral staircases can be tricky. Note that in the cottage the bathroom has a tub with handheld shower - it is not a stand up shower. This wasn't a big deal for us but could be for others.

We stayed multiple places over the course of our European vacation and this was our favorite! It was very spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean and the overall atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and very pleasant! The staff was so accommodating and communicated with us before and during our stay. There were so many options for breakfast and it was all delicious! They also left us little treats for us to eat when we got back to the room every evening. The location was a short walk to the grote Markt and was so convenient. On the morning we checked out we were able to keep our luggage at the property so we could do some last-minute sight seeing. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Brugge! 10/10 recommend.

My room was gorgeous! I can’t be sure what style it was built in but I felt like I was living in the Middle Ages (high class!) I had a kingsize bathtub, shower, couch and chair. There was a private door to the outside overlooking the canal. Breakfast was served in a small, quaint room with a roaring fire.

it’s a magnificent and so cosy place on the canal. We chose a 3 stairs house with a fireplace that was a perfect choice for a Christmas night. Everything was nice : from our warm welcoming at the check-in to a delicious breakfast the next day. The house is just 5 min away from the center square and it’s placed in a very calm and beautiful area (aren’t they all in Bruges anyway?). The sitting room is cute with two comfortable armchairs in front of the lovely fireplace. The view on the canal with a family of ducks swimming around the corner was wonderful. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a large nice bath and everything you need at your stay. The bedroom is very cozy and reminds me of a chalet in the mountains. The bed is enough soft and strong for a good sleep. The breakfast was magical with a large choice : from the fresh fruits and granola to a good English breakfast. We were really happy to stay in such a lovely place. Unfortunately, we could stay just one night, but we’re looking forward to come back.

Peri was fantastic! One of the kindest people we have met on our vacations and she was offering to do more than what is even necessary that we could do ourselves. The breakfast was wonderful and again a wonderful reception by Peri
