The property we are allocated is what I have seen on the website. It looks clean when we arrived. The location is close to the knokke train station and make travelling to Bruge/Brussel much easier. Also, there are few supermarkets that we can go to for our grocery. It is very near to the Knokke strand, which you can do with a short evening walk or bike.

Beautiful location, close to everything yet very peaceful. Bungalow was lovely and clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Hair dryers and plenty of towels were a bonus! The lovely lady in reception was very helpful and was even able to give us a spare plug to charge our phones as we had forgotten ours!! I would highly recommend holiday village to anyone visiting Belgium

Great stay with a less than 10 minutes walk from the station (30 minutes from the sea front). Staff very friendly and kind. The bedrooms are big enough, bathrooms and showers are a very good size. Storage available is good. Heating was on when we arrived.
The living-room/dining area could maybe be bigger. It is a bit narrow to sit down at the table. Staines (humidity? though it did not feel humid inside) on one of the blind.

Great place with lovely designed apartments and so spacious. It had everything you would need.
The location was hard to find and there was no big signs we were driving the dark we had to drive round x2 time before we figured out where it was.

one toilet had an unpleasant smell but it didn’t spread through the rest of the property so it wasn’t a major issue.

Excellent bungalow with a very nice porch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we wanted and even more. Although a bit far from the beach, we liked the location; quite and not far from the centre. We would definitely recommend and return

lovely and clean. Had everything you needed. Nice relaxing space outside too.
Terrible smell from outside! whether drains or sewage plant nearby, kept me awake most of the night. A hot night so had the window open, but had to close it finally.

Very nice, sheets and towels included and all amenities in the kitchen area. We stayed in February and it was comfortably warm in the bungalow.
The location is quite a walk from the city and the beach if you don't have a car.

Very comfortable bed. Clean & relaxing cottage. Easy-to-find location on a principal street. Overall, a peaceful & restful stay. Appreciated the option to have a breakfast box delivered.
The breakfast box is definitely NOT for people who follow a plant-based diet. There is no option for adjustments to the items that are included in the breakfast box. "No Thank You" for the ham, cheese, yogurt, and cow's milk. Would be delighted if there was an option for more granola, muesli, a plant-based milk such as oat milk or rice milk, more fruit or fruit juice, and a protein bar.

The check in was very easy and quick. We really liked how big the 4 people mobile home was. Everything was in very good conditions. We stayed in autumn, so the heating system was working great for our stay!
We couldn’t find anyone at the reception for the check out. Finally we found out a key box were to leave the keys, which it was quite hidden.

Bungalow was very clean and the property was well maintained. Outdoor furniture very clean as well.
I’m line with expectations. Nothing fell short of our expectations.

The accommodation was of a high standard and the staff have done a great job with cleanliness of the facilities. Breakfast was served in the room and had something for all tastes.

Breakfast is very good: a lot of choice (bread, viennoiseries, juice, fruits....), brought at your door according to the time you have requested
The camping site is not very nice and along the road but there was no noise. The bungalow itself was very nice

Everything was clean, new, cute and the staff amazing. We loved. The only point is that is not that close to the beach, but it’s close to the market and so nice. We had a wonderful time and look forward to come back! (They were so nice to let our pug to stay with us)
