Very satisfied. Comfort and spacious room on first floor. Very clean and tidy. Bath with curtains (curtains are very rare to find in bulgaria). Very good location, exactly on the center square of the city where the pedestrian begins. Super market Billa and KIK multi-shop is a few meters away. Police station is nearby too. I surely recommend. Girls at reception are very kind and more of them speak english or greek.

Window curtains are not very dark and light enters room early in the morning. Also no elevator for second or third floor, so you better book a room on first floor.

The location, staff and price value. Nice lobby area and room comfort. The room was very well cleaned regularly and I was able to enjoy my stay without any distractions. This is a good example of a family hotel.

Nothing major I could notice.

The Check-in and out was one of the few nice things in this hotel thanks to the very polite and nice receptionist. The towels and the bathroom were clean. At least we are happy that this place was available in the very last minute - we booked it at around 9pm, just about 30 min before we arrive in it and the choice was very limited in Sandanski for that Saturday night.

Not good if you need to stay to take a rest from a long trip before you hit the road again. Extremely uncomfortable bed. The worst that we ever slept in. Too old mattress that have lost its' shape years ago. Stains on the pillowcases. The cigarette smell can be easily felt despite the non-smoking signs. May be the bed cover sheet was clean but its' color makes the impression of something really dirty. I still don't understand why some hotels still use such cover sheets at all.

It was one night, in transit. The hotel is very close of city center. You can take walks.
