I arrived and the smell was so horrid I left straight away. This place is filthy and the room was tiny. Booked into another place straight away and was still forced to pay the room fee. Total waste of money

Everything about the property and situation was fine.

Very spacious rooms and very good pressure of the water in the shower. Beds are comfortable and location is nice. Staff if very helpful as well. Basically you get everything you need for a good price. Definitely recommended.

Rooms don't get sunlight but that's shown in the pictures. If you're looking for the views, do not look for them here. That's it

Room was immaculately clean Most powerful shower I think I’ve ever used, which was excellent! Fridge in the room which is handy Good location- close to Bangla road but far enough and tucked away enough to be quiet

Window looked out onto a wall so there was no natural daylight in the room. Very confusing for a drunk body clock ;)

Good location - it is only 3min from Bangla Road but very quiet and not so many tourists. Very Clean Room - respect respect to hotel maid In general, this guest house is good choice if you need a room for several days on Patong

1) Staff of the hotel spoke English very bad, we were lucky that it was in our first time in Patong 2) we want to rent a bike from the hotel, in the evening they showed us the bike, we checked it, everything was good. But the next morning we found out that a staff guy took it and they did not have another one for us😡 the day was spoiled 3) the day before our checking out the receptionist told us that we must pay more for the last night although we booked all the trip by booking.com. Of course in several hours they understood that it was their mistake, but the impression of the hotel was ruined.
