The property was located in a great and easily accessible part of Santiago with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. The unit had great facilities and felt very comfortable to spend our vacation time in. The staff also helped us feel right at home.

When stepped into appartment - mildew smell is overwhelming, also sheets smell mildew even clean. Pillows themselves smell like all people who have slept on them, pillows never been washed. Cannot open windows as smoke from other apartments unbearable

Good size and lovely balcony we also felt very secure - good Internet- location close to Metro cafes and shopping

The cleanliness wasn't perfect the hairdryer didn't work well and the shower head moved around but these were only minor problems and didn't detract majorly from a very good value attractive bright and airy apartment

great facilities, super comfortable, perfect location, the bed has a heated mattress that is remote controlled. great size. the owner was super polite and thoughtful. there was a problem with my payment and he was super understanding and patient about it. the kitchen had everything two people would need to cook or eat in and the balcony is the cutest thing with a beautiful view.

nothing I didn’t like, the only thing I talked to the host about was that the tub is a bit slippery, so I showered with flip flops on.

Very comfortable space, nearby to everything and really clean.
